    Some feature ideas requesting feedback

    I really like the campfire idea. Once suggestion, increase the visibility of the smoke the campfire trails. If the range is 300m, I would like to see the smoke above the trees canopy, even if faint.
  3. Show me a thread that is unhappy with the current no consequence banditry and wants change, and I will show you a thread that complains about no consequence banditry. Whoa. Honestly, I mean no disrespect, but understand that I am rather sure you could find the same general subject without going more than 10 pages in. This song and dance is not new and rather indicative of your personal play style not meshing well with this mod, but I am sure everyone here appreciates your hash of it... At least the trolls.

  5. The ignorance here is staggering. Has Rocket not said what seems to be dozens of dozens of times that bandit play will never be punished, that and punishment no matter the scale would break the game at the core, his words not mine. Seriously, what is wrong with you people.
  6. This has happened three days in a row now. Suddenly myself and anyone around me is teleported to some body of water where we are both dead instantly. Seems like a fall since we get broken bones. Anyone know what the cause of this is. Anyway to help prevent it from occurring. Happening all too frequently now.
  7. This game is amazing. I love the sandbox. I love the risk, the danger. While a vocal minority in this game, in this thread, may not like having to watch their back or find reason to trust instead of openly trust, this game is gaining a lot of new players due to the sandbox playstyle. Anything goes. Best game I have played in a long time.

    How to penalise banditry without breaking realism.

    This sounds to me like you are trying to combat PvP with game mechanics other than with your own means, what is in your own control / contribution. This is far from the sandbox design. I can understand frustration in being killed, but I believe the sandbox nature of this mod to be the greatest point of interest and excitement. Diminishing any aspect of this would only diminish the mod as a whole. Just my .02 on using game mechanics to punish players that play a certain way, but completely within the games design, which bandit play is. As for this suggestion, no offense, but it is a very poor idea and very telling about your viewpoint. No one should have to explain why killing players would require you to play on servers that have X player slots is beyond flawed. Where X slot servers may or may not even be available.
