How To Increase FPS/Smooth Out The Game

If I am running the game via DayZ Commander and not using a shortcut will it still work by using the LinkShell? Just make the RAMDisk put the @Dayz file in it then put the link in the normal directory? That will still make the mod launch using the files off the RAMDisk? -
I fixed it by verifying the flies in steam of AIIOA

Seriously no one else is having this problem? I'm having it as well and I cannot find ANY information on this what so ever it is extremely irritating.
