No vehicles on the server at the 11am restart.

Well I've finally managed to get on with the vehicles, the first time since Sunday and the helicopter appears to be gone. I didn't even get a chance to get in it :( A combination of work, vehicles globally missing and the server downright dying alot so we never got to secure it since that first leaky flight. On the bright side vehicle gear is going crazy and duplicating like its going out of fashion, if anyone needs 40 AK ammo I'll generously trade it for a bicycle.

If you're going to post about taking vehicles and raiding camps in a DE10 thread at least mention it was on a different server first. :P

On DE10? within this 5pm to 11pm restart timer? I did a north map sweep a few days ago on my bike and didn't find anything, was clearly enjoying the fresh air too much. :D Edit: DE10's down for me

Yet again server wide vehicles will be gone untill 11pm, one day I'll be on at the same time the vehicles are on so we can actually use this helicopter <_<

11am restart hit, I've confirmed that all vehicles will be missing untill 5pm so don't waste your time searching for helicopters untill the next server restart. Edit: 5pm restart and all the vehicles are back, let the helicopter race begin. Terrible server lag, barely playable with a friend. The server seems more stable since you added the auto restart, and after the DayZ patch I don't think we've had a restart where every vehicle on the server has disappeared untill the next restart. I think that was the main problem we had before, even on Uk7 it sometimes happened but the server restarted so often it didn't matter.

Pft our group dominates alot of the servers vehicles and the choppers are going to be no different, your fancy guns mean nothing to us. :P

Oh Andrej, I'm the guy that shot at you, there seems to be loads of people at that airfield and I was itching to try out this sniper. Not used to the bullet speed yet otherwise it would have hit :lol: That and I was heading there to help Megaman myself, hes the third person in our group (don't let him drive the vehicles you love). He mentioned you might have an M249, that wouldn't be the one I found would it? Anyways since you're just crazy enough to help an armed person I'll give you the location of your bus, but don't think I wont shoot at bus drivers any less. Yeah I think Caspar needs to do an update before it'll work.

It seems that the first batch of helicopters will be appearing on Sunday according to one of the devs. Oh well this snipers pretty sweet and we've gained the awesome military jeep. Today we've: Lost our primary ATV Gained a bus Regained our primary ATV through the miracle of saving vehicles after they've exploded Tipped the bus on its side (thanks to the same driver that drove our bicycle into the sea) Gained a tractor at the factory Replaced tractor with someones pickup (we later found they didn't like it and left it back in the factory) Lost the pickup Gained a different pickup but left it Gained a jeep And this is why we like DE10 :lol:. Just remember we only barter in bicycles.

Well the gold rush for helicopters seems to be over with almost all of them checked, I ended up dying in the north east airfield when I was in a rush for fuel, losing my pickup truck and gear. But then in my usual luck I end up finding an ak74 and 5 seconds later I shot a super heavily armed guy driving a pickup, getting back up to full equipment and a M107. Pickups still at Balota if anyone feels lucky :D

Yeah it had a bison, DMR and a FAL on it untill we stripped it, whoever ambushed us straight after blew up the ATV with all of those weapons. Don't bring a grenade to a vehicle fight :) Update: All vehicles are back and the server needs updating to the new DayZ patch

I just checked Caspar, every vehicle is gone. Can you try another restart? I don't think you'd leave a bus with that many high end weapons and ammo Andrej, it also has the added bonus of self repairing wheels :D

Server restart ate the bus I was driving..... time for a looooong walk :(

Most of our vehicles are back today, missing 1 ATV which was probably stolen. Grats to the guy/s that killed us as we were leaving a bus, we found out it was a magic bus that respawned tires and ended up getting delayed by a minute or two, those minutes proved fatal. My only question is how did you spot my friend when he was prone behind several trees, using the side glances to keep track of him?

Well I discovered why my shots weren't killing zombies the other day, quite a few weapons have been nerfed into the ground including the M1911. I sure wish I knew about the changes then instead of dying because of it :(

Great I'll give it another shot, its pretty easy to avoid getting disconnected when you know it restarts at those times. I've actually avoided playing a few times when the server wasn't restarted in the morning (because its still dark) for fear of spending 30 minutes searching for the vehicle I was driving.

Just logged in and all 5 vehicles are gone. I'll be changing server untill Caspar sorts out an automated server restart.
