this is what i want 3DP - off CH - off general chat - enable vehicles - on system message "Player killed" - on how i make it ? just difficulty change ? or change some configs ?

Hi guys, can anyone help me with configuration server ? I setup server but cant find in configs any option for disable 3DP or general chat.
