This part of your comment makes it sound as if you were angered by the fact their hands were held in their welcoming to DayZ. I dont think the teleporting and private servers are fair but having someone assist you while you are a beginner is completely fine within the rules/realm of the game. It rarely ever happens, but if someone wants to assist a fresh spawn or a noob, they can.

[/quote'] Ahh that brings up an idea... Prolonged loneliness of a player's character would render him/her mentally "unstable". This might be reflected through mild hallucinations of some harmful nature and can only be remedied by being in close proximity to another player. This would keep PvP about the same but encourage more grouping between players which is something myself and some others desire. This is kind of a lame-ass idea tbh, but a mechanic that encourages people to group with someone else would be welcomed. I mainly play by myself and don't have a problem getting decent loot or PvPing. I have no reason to group, but i feel there should be some type of incentive.

I'm pretty sure they guys in charge of it all are doing all they can right to stop the hacking being done. No-one in the world (to my knowledge) has the ability to instantly and permanently eliminate all hackers. I love this mod and this game, and cheaters/hackers do ruin the enjoyment from time to time, but signing a "petition" won't do anything but annoy the people reading the forums. They are working on the issues and they know hacking is a serious problem. Like I said I'm on your side, so is everyone but the hackers themselves. Just give it some time and we should see the number of hackers taper off or at least decrease. Right now its a growing community and the issues will be solved when they will be solved. The guys upkeeping this fantastic mod aren't twiddling their thumbs up their asses, they're working on it.

8:30 GMT-6 This happened on Atlanta 56 The basic idea is: I get a fresh spawn in Elektro. Loot for about 10 minutes. But then i find several spawns of "G36 mag" and "MG36 mag". I thought that strange and checked the wiki and didn't see any of those weapons or ammo on it. A few minutes later i died inside a building from unknown causes. (I don't know if my death was cheat related, could have just been a silenced weapon) Anyway: I've had fun on this server for awhile without any problems and I dont want to point fingers or blame anyone... I'm just assuming this is cheating related because there aren't any mentions of these guns or this ammo anywhere. To be clear- I never saw any of these rifles, just those sets of mags.
