It isn't supposed to be TOO long after the apocalypse, so you could probably find cars that are just rusty and maybe in need of an oil change. The engines wouldn't be COMPLETELY bummed out

I read it for a bit then said, "This kid can't take the extra 15 seconds and spell 'sure' right". I automatically branded you as a dumbass and didn't read anything after the first few sentences. I doesn't matter if you didn't use proper quotation rules, but if you write at at least an 8th grade reading level(which you missed by at least five grade levels in my opinion), it's mind-boggling how many more people will pay attention... Oh yeah, and the fact that this has been posted at least 1,000 times miffed me a bit yoo ;) -
I recently posted one of these specifically about PvP whining.Basically said, "Don't post about PvP because whatever you said has been said many times and also in different languages." Maybe I should do an edition for everything for more info on WHY it's fuckin' stupid to make reduntant posts about these things ^^. I also added one about adding an organization system into the inventory. Please don't lynch me I learned my lesson!!;)

Really, you can find a whole box of lighters at every gas station. Maybe a new type of loot spot-convenience store! Lots of soda, food, and matches.

Meat spoiling-You don't spoil meat when you shoot it, you just remove the bullet. You would lose meat by not being able to recover it because you gutted it wrong. 1.Bandages -The numbers are good, but what would you mean by partially, just making you bleed slower? 2.Painkillers -It is a mild generic painkiller, not an opiod or depressant. Have you ever heard of an ibuprofen addiction? That's basically what they are, so really should be no chance of addiction. 3.Morphine -Morphine IS an opiod which is used for bullet wounds and other major injuries. However, the stat is WAY too high for addiction. People get injected with morphine all the time, and it is so close to impossible to develop an addiction on the first shot of morphine it isn't even worth mentioning. It isn't heroin, dude. Maybe 3% first shot, goes up as you use it. 4.Transfusions -A chance to fail? "oops, i dropped all your blood....."???????? -You cannot damage someone with a needle without trying or being really stupid. All you have to know is aim for the vein. Use a rubber band. -You either do it or you dont, there is no getting 1/2 of the blood. The only way you can fuck it up is fucking up the injection. 5&6 epi pens and antibiotics. -You will get over most minor sicknesses, but the numbers are fine ;). -Epi pens don't revive people. They are for allergies. Ammonia is for reviving people. Just put it next to their nose and BOOM! Food Most people can cook and judge when it is done effectively. I suck at cooking but the only thing I can really burn is eggs. I can tell when a steak is done. Parasites You only get tapeworms by eating undercooked tapeworm-infected meat. VERY unlikely. Ticks? Pick 'em off. They aren't really threatening anyway. Sure, some sicknesses would be cool, but they need to increase antibiotics spawn(add a pharmacy with a high likelyness to spawn antibiotics and antvirals?) and add a rarer antiviral drug spawn. You catch a cold/bacteria? No big deal, take some antibiotics. Flu/Virus? Sucks man, either get lucky or just wait to get over it. -

However, people aren't totally incompetent at everything. everyone would have some sort of specialty, maybe it could be applied to survival situations. i.e. I know basic medial procedure since I picked up a bit of it in high school at an after-school medical meeting. So i know where to aim with a needle and how to revive someone and such. When you get into this level of realism, the little details that all factor in just make your head spin. Overall it is just easier to make everyone a-ok at everything-leave it the way it is. It'If it ain't broke, don't fix it. -
Just put a heavy die on the W key and you're set ^^. While your at it, play I Spy with your buddies, that will pass the time ;)

I do agree that the late-life portions of the mod do get boring, but making zombies harder won't fix it. They need to make the PvP more interesting. Less like this- 1.Sit on tower 2.Stare at road with NVGs and heavy rifle 3.Shoot at survivor, shoot until kill is confirmed. Repeat. Not sure how you could do it though. Hell, I'm not a developer ;). -

This is a pretty low priority suggestion, but maybe you should be able to organize your inventory into pouches? Your inventory would start out as it normally does, and there would be a botton up top that says,"Add Pouch". You would still have 12 slots total, but you could organize them into ammo, food and water, and medicine sections. If you want to keep it normal, fine. Just don't make any tabs :). It would help you ration your space in your inventory to stay organized. You would set aside 4 slots for active ammo, 6 for medicine, 2 for a ready-to-use food and drink, etc...

Medical items in secondary ammo slots.

It would really overload your secondary inventory if you had to put ALL your medicine in it. It would be annoying to have to open ur bag for a pistol clip everytime you shoot one up since ur spots r taken by meds.... -
I was always thinking about making my spaghetti in my house, and just about to sit down for a nice dinner....and some dude comes in with a ghille suit and SHOOTS ME WHILE I HAVE MAI DINNERZ..... In all sersiousness, great idea. I would like to have a bona fide home base for me/a group instead of just a makeshift group o' tents and poorly placed barbed wire.

I would probably be happier if it was that only the czech pouch was hidden whereas the ALICE pack would still be the hunking tumor it normally is. That way it adds the tradeoff of stealth vs. extra space, which would add a cool dynamic for snipers.

There is the assault pack and the czech backpack(12 and 16 slots respectively)and i am for a huge-ass bag with about 28-32 slots just to look like a juggernaut ;)

Rocket wanted the prime danger to be from people, and this would just mean the uber fast zombies would be pretty much impossible to kill in the countryside without either making one of your friends meatshield or just let him slap you while you line up the shot. It wouldn't add anything to the game other than frustration.

The AI pathfinding sucks so much ass they basically need to fix it before they can do anything regarding zombie difficulty/speed.

I meant that it doesn't look like the giant hunking tumor on your back that an alice pack or czech backpack does ;). But if you have a ghillie suit you might as well carry an alice pack. It helps a lot if you have the camo skin, or just the default and you are proning thru the grass.

I always leave the dead bodies of other people for either noobs of the former person to loot(after i am done with it of course). It's only common courtesy in an apocalypse. it really isn't a big exploit, since they can just find eqivalents to their old gear in an hour.....

That will just make it super-brutal to people who just got the game. They barely know the game as-is, and then they wouldn't be able to heal their nearly dead mate without a fear of killing him, and having to burn through dozens of bloodpacks just to get him back to health. Vehicles are hard enough to fix without having a chance to watch your helicopter-rotor assembly just break as you repair it. My big problem with this is this; you aren't getting punished because you did something wrong, you are getting punished because you haven't done it 5000 times. You are getting buttfucked by something you cannot control at all without getting a human pincushion to practice transfusions on. And it really wouldn't add anything to the game except for the feeling of, " please heal him, please heal him, please heal himmmmmm......SHIT!!!". -
Character death should carry more weight

If people thought death wasn't a big deal, why aren't people being super aggressive and marauding about in the airfield? They are being cautious, trying not to die. Death carries as much of a penalty as possible without being gratuitously annoying. all this would do is piss me off, it wouldn't affect how i played since me and most people are already careful anyway -
I have that feeling looking for ammo for my silenced MP5. I cry a bit every time i have to shoot that thing since i have like 1 actual MP5SD mag and 2 M9 sd mags. I can barely find ammo for it at all. If a magazine reloading system was implemented(like transfer .308 rounds from one mag to an empty one) ammo spawns should probably be reduced. As is, they are ok, if a little high.
