if you purchase via a host they will supply everything you need, including the instance and whitelisting. thoes are for people renting a dedicated server box itself and installing arma2/dayz themselves.

they probbly wont reply/look into it either, they have far to many reports to lookinto ontop of there current dev work, hackers are runing rampantly due to nothing ever being done and server admins not being able to do anything, and when/if they do they get hate threads of folks claiming they are cheating, im a testament to that i have 3 lol and now with a new public hacking tool that was made available several days ago(i wont post the URL), this will get much worse. every scrub who thinks they are cool with download it and hit a button and the laugh. Dayz dev, i fully understand your work load but get your shit together, either keep up with the current ammount of reports (which i dont think is possible) or seriously rework your rules to server admin.

still downloading the log file (8gb in size) however now i cannot access the admin login, everytime i click server control it kicks me(battle eye)

this happened to us today on uk34 aswell. Me, and 2 others overlooking electro had a female character names "sheepleader" run towards us, we were hidden in trees with gillies, turned my 2 friends into goats, moaned and laughed over the mic then cloned herself 10 times as AI im investigating server log files now. and the server is offline.

side chat was removed by dayz dev on purpose. any servers still with it are either outdated or running a modified mission file, which is in violation of dayz server regulations.

Confirmed, this happens to me as well. Our server is vilayer. i can connect to it and other vilayer servers Ive tested with usually within 30 seconds of loading. all other servers Ive tried sit at creating character for 2-3 minutes then loading and never goes further.

I can see it now. someone spends a week with them to pass the "test" (LOL) to snipe them the first raid ahah

My apologies then. by chance was it terraknight you shot? just before the server whent down (and i didnt say it didnt go down, I never stoped/restarted it, and assumed it crashed as it has been doing sever times a day for 3-4 days now) I sniped a player next to an east coast town(cant remember name) terra ran to loot the body and was shot, i stayed in the woods awaiting his shooter until i was DC, i loged back in and was DC 4-5 minutes later. terra was on TS with me and just called it a night, so i dont think he restarted.at that point i loged out as it was a pissy day for TKG today loosing everything :P and noone from tkg were left online and all loged for the night, (a few even raged and left clan removing their tags) I guess my point is after everything that happened today (95% of which i wasnt on for) why would i break rules to save a base, and might i add one i didnt know of? expecially after loosing what.. a bus, ural, pedal bike, motor bike 2-3 ATVs, and i think there was a pickup? If I was like that i would of stoped the first base disaster lol anyway, no hard feelings, i still look forward to seeing the fraps (i wanna know if it was u who i was stalking when terra was shot lol)

please do post them. i was on for less than an hour total today, as another clan came online and decimated our base, so what ever base you think you found, it wasnt ours as we have none at the moment, not to mention every tkg member slaughtered except 3 of us who wernt online when it happened. Nor was i logged in as admin at all today. furthermore im getting tired of being the target here just because some other dickhole in the past tried the same shit your trying to now. Ill be talking with the server owner (thats right its not even my server) and ill be removing my admin access through him, i just want to play the dam games and bullshit like this isnt worth it.

Confirmed actually. Im a TKG member and over the last 2-3 days when folks die on our server they immediately respawn ontop of there current body. (assuming this is may be what happened) no idea whats happening. the server has been crashing every few hours randomly for several days aswell. As of the moment we turned off the server due to the current battleeye and betta issues thats kicking everyone, hopefully will be up/resolved by tommorow. i was apart of that group and wolf did infact die. as for TKG being server admins, no. im the only admin, next to the server owner terraknight

Altho i 110% agree with this threads op on the topic of baning pvp dcers, however it is in CLEAR violation of the DayZ rules to do so. So person 1 breaks rules and exploits by PVP DCing. Person 2 (server admin) bans person one for pvp dcing, thus breaking rules himself to bring order to his server. Vigilantism. Again i AGREE we should be able to ban for more than were allowed to but unfortunately we cannot. Just because other servers do it and havent been blacklisted doesnt mean you can do it, it simply means the dev are too busy to deal with the 100's of reports daily, 80% of which are bullshit "/cry my pussy hurts, he axed me and stole my loots" threads

how can i move the loot when im livestreaming me on the beach? and before you even say "friends" your screenshots show the server being own, and the one you say its locked, when it wasnt and u can even see in your screenshots that it wasnt locked, there apparently was 1 person in the server at that time, which you then said to me i get stuck at recieving message when you tried to login. I dont know what to tell you I DIDNT RESTART THE SERVER! I DIDNT NINJA JACK THE CAMP.

i didnt say the camp was gone, i dunno im on the beach and livestreaming it actually. nohere near the base. the server is up atm, but people constantly DCing. so you fellas need to check your mocho attitudes at the door, im doing everything i can to prove im not the cause here.
