It seems my only hope is to leave the game running overnight and hope I win the Day Z lottery when I wake up and see I'm actually dead.... I've never wanted to have a person kill me so badly in a game.

I died in a US sever and tried to respawn (I'm new to this and I'm not sure if that SHOULD have worked) and it didn't work so I tried to leave and the game wouldn't let me so I forced shutdown the game (ctrl+alt+del) and any server I join it will spawn me incapacitated with an hour glass that will not change/ run out. I included a screenshot. Any help would be appreciated.
