Care to share? I hear this as a common complaint - '40 person servers' being run on a run of the mill machine w/ virtual machines for 20 other servers. It's not uncommon to see servers with 40+ slots bog down with more than 10 people. It's a shame too.
Quick bump; I started playing here earlier in the week and it's been quite fun so far. I was the first victim of an *ATTEMPTED* robbery by our first confirmed bandit - was great fun and everyone walked away smiling - no hard feelings at all. The poor sot even got killed shortly after he opened fire on the UN who was responding to the robbery and we all hung out in mumble joking around. Even when life is lackluster on this server you're still having fun with the people in mumble. Oh, and when Rig says he doesn't sleep? He's not kidding.
I've seen a couple of rmod servers i'd like to try, but i don't want to get in a situation where i've constantly got to modify files to play depending on which server i'm joining. Is there a way to utilize dayz commander to make this a more seemless process?
