Chicago 60 exploit (Possibly applied to all old version servers)

I found this exploit out on accident. It has gotten to the point of game-breaking. Chicago 60 does not spawn zombies, and you do not lose items when you die which gives you an insanely easy way to maneuver around Chernarus with little to no danger.
