i usually don't kill or steal, but that moto was soo cool! my buddy and me, staroye. we found a moto, full repaired but with no fuel..we search for a jerrycan but couldon't find it..so we decide to wait for the guy with the fuel for OUR moto..we spot him and my buddy approach him claiming friendly, while i sneak his back and kill him with my ak. as we thought he had a full jerrycan..thanks for the fuel, the moto and sorry for the kill(not so much) -

i always try to switch soon as possible to assault rifles,but first of all, when respawned, winchester is better: less noise when in a big town..but if i need to go on the mountains, fresh geared, lee is the best choice -

sometimes i play at night time and yes it can be fun. but if you are near a big city and you can take advantage hiding in shadows. so it's great if you respawn. but it's not so fun if you have to run in the middle of nowhere, forced to go under a landmark that in daytime you can identify from miles away. it's also great to get inside hot spots undetected.

respawn to fix the 1.60 thing: have you copied the arma2OA file(steam/common/expansion/beta) and pasted it in the main arma 2 oa folder? properties details should say your version of beta patch) have you reinstalled dayz folder? manually or with sixupdater? have you reinstalled arma 2?

it's sad that someone hacks, but you have to deal with them. i understand that with permadeath and the hostile climate of these days ingame, die by hacker can piss you off, but you don't get killed EVERYTIME by hackers so just go on : start from spawning, loot your essentials again and find a good weapon. this game isn't the debug monitor or the day count

bolts give you a close to100% chance to take'em back, only if you headshot zombies.

i die by campers 50% of the time..and always near hot spots. i never see someone in the wilderness or someone moving between two spots. i'm starting to think that people just log in, loot/camp a place, go a little far, log out.

if you don't try nothing different to pvp you are right. but i think that if you keep trying to play not carebear but friendly you can find something unespected. and it's not always deathmatch..sure you can't walk in the middle of the street shouting ''friendly friendly'' but you can read the situation and act adapting. -

arma 2 tutorial is very good, and if you peek at the loot map( http://dayzdb.com/map#5.051.128 ) clicking on the dots it shows you a picture of the building. there aren't more than 10 i think so it's quite easy.. -

nice idea! i always had the doubt why we spawn on the coast..coming there with a boat makes more sense -
i drink finkbrau too. lol none said you can be in debug forest. if you spawn there you can just hit respawn, and MAYBE you'll respawn on the coast with your actual character. if not you are condamned to a new start.

to me it's great idea, and also well written. i'd implement a system that tell you WHERE you are wounded. so you can decrease speed or cause pain for example if you have a leg wound or a severe cut and you run it's possible it starts again to bleed.
