it would be more surprising spawning in a civilian compound in namalsk :-)...and yes, every.single.time. this video makes me think something: do someone catch a cold sitting in a vehicle? because the temp indicator is always a bit criptic, but on namalsk it could be easier figuring out if the cars are warmed...

i've seen legs fixing vaulting doors..but yeah it's your fault not carrying morphine..if there would be alternatives, but the hospital isn't the most dangerous place on map(chernarus)..

yeah, like a solo player i usually kill who managed to repair the car, go away with the said car, hit something, burn the car. i only repaired a motorbike once..

it's cool to have a big weapon, but there are not anough choices to take: you can carry two or three rifles without fearing to starve you can have tons of food and drinks and a weapon you can enter a random building and find a weapon a backack and food and drinks, sometimes i respawn and i'm running north in 15 minutes! if you put a AR/sniper in your backpack, you should have 1-2 free slots the deteriorating gear system would balance the number of military weapons(this would be implemented so your precious dmr won't last forever) for how the game works a player will consider himself geared only when he will heve the stuff he has nowadays, so maybe it will take more time but i think no one will fix a vehicle until he has a gun pistols MUST become a threat for players as before that bohemia patch

or table in real life or you can spot the target near some reference point on the map,like a tree line or a shack/building, knowing that a square on map is 100m and knowing your exact position you can set up a decent firing range, this works really good(personal experience) when you guard a location for more than 2 minutes. then if you are caughtor you do not have time you must trust your belly

i think you must open steam, find in your library arma2 co, open properties, open launch options and change -dayz to -dayzpanthera..have you verified the presence of a folder called @dayzpanthera in your arma2 co folder?

vehicles often are loaded in a previous location and you log in another saved position..really annoying

i like your analisys, probably we have all a lot of stuff because it's just a mod of a military sim..but a part for weapons, all the rest are pretty common objects..we'd have canned food and bottles of water for years..and if the average life will drop as they say, you'll never need new shoes

since i play on private i have noticed that, but i've seen someone connecting to the public and he had the possibility to choose female(and he did it successfully)

i suggest you to search the barns that stand at the borders of both cherno and elektro, that kind of buildings is always open and you can easily spot them from far away (long white with blue roof, long brown, short with red roof, dayzdb provides also a photo of the location). entering the big town already armed is a big advantage. then i suggest you the brick house, because it has two exits. and the little shacks if you search for an axe or tool box.

i found a couple of serverside bugs but the game didn't change a lot from 1.7.3...it works fine for me

this is extremely right, plus the last time we had a change in the weapons damage, was due to bohemia beta patch for arma2, not really to dayz developers...and i must say that i just checked dayzdb and the change didn't appear..

good shooting, i don't like to see videos that spread hacked weapons..but i think that if you killed also the body everyone stopped to, you could have adjusted your rifle for that distance, because you aimed for the main chevron..they were so noob..

ok, calm down! nowadays there are a lot of private hives servers. the data of your character(location, gear) is not saved in the main hive, so you can join other servers and continue your ingame life. the major part(don't know really) of servers keep your data and you must log in again there to continue your journey. so pay attention when you choose a server that a lot of them have written ''private'' or 60 vehicles, things you can tell belong to private hives.. if you say that you always have to start from scratch i suggest you to be sure to connect to their same server, and try to rejoin the same server..then i don't know, i installed it through dayzcommander but it works also with the multiplayer interface of arma 2 co, filtering mission dayz

if this is the worst thing that happened to you in dayz, you are really a lucky guy
