Jesus Christ -_- I mean even if removing the side-channel is a realistic approach it limits the ability for people to quickly communicate bugs, issues, questions etc.. especially now when the game is in an early stage. No, you do not send people off to forums for the most trivial questions if you want a community. There is also absolutely nothing that stops friends from using ventrilo, mumble, teamspeak etc anyhow. The constant "realism arguments" reminds me more and more of the ever so stubborn IL2 simulation community. Give us the option to keep it in, plenty of people including myself think that it actually adds to the tension.
