I dont know about everyone else but since this patch, i have faster loading, the fastest i have ever had before. Try deleting your dayz folder and re-downloading the mod via dayz commander or six launcher. Also double check your firewalls, noticed mine was blocking the game since it was updated.

I tried searching for something like this on the forums but was unable to find a post about it. Could a logout timer be placed into the game to make everyone wait "10seconds" or however many second, to disconnect from a server? I think this would be an easy fix for those people who love to disconnect during pvp fights or for people just running from zombies and get them to de-spawn by disconnecting. I know alt-F4 would still work around this and i do not know if that can be removed from them game, but if it could then it would make people have to use the disconnect button. Just thought i should throw this out there. Please let me know if this has already been discussed or considered before and i do apologize if it has already. Sorry, i just found the other post for this discussion.

Hey Gundam, I am also looking for someone to play with. I will be honest though, i have only been playing for a few days and learned the basics of the game and DayZ. Nearly every time i get gear and weapons, i get killed by a bandit or other survivor just because im near by them and every time they have seen me first so im instantly killed. I'm a friendly player and will not attack others unless attacked first. I am 25 years old and i usually play between 1pm-11pm cst My steam is [email protected] (yeah i thought they wanted my e-mail and i typed my e-mail as my account name, lol)
