The player Pestillence who is the ADMIN of US 777 randomly kicked me and two clan mates randomly after we got killed by "Friendly Fire" while logging in.

As me and a friend were logging in, before we got in we got killed by this guy with "Friendly Fire"

I found one at the NW Airfield in a night server, added a motor assembly and all the parts were good to go with fuel. I fly it around the map with ease. Then i land it flawlessly and flat on the ground... it flips over and explodes.

Could Helis be back after the new Arma II patch because the NW airfield was relatively untouched

No, not server hopping, i logged in from the previous day but went to a random low population server because i was at NW airfield, went to the barracks and Viola, same thing here... I logged in at South barracks, headed up to North Barracks, found 3 dead bodies with snipers and LMGs on them and looked at the airfield to find a heli

Is it possible to land these things?

I found it on a body next to the barracks on a random server when i logged in.... Kinda like how i found this Huey

Well it spawned at the correct spawn location up by NW Airfield and it had ALL RED PARTS but they all went to green when i repaired the main rotor.

Same, I've found 2 AS50s but I gave one away to my friend for his M14 AIM and lost the other to a glitch. When people ask, I just say theres only one sniper I want and thats the M107. And ta-da I found two yesterday, first 2 ever :D

A tank is not the same thing as a gun. Barret has been a long time maker of amazing weaponry and the M107 isn't the first .50 BMG SemiAuto sniper they have made, I personally have had the chance to hold a M95. They cost around $5000. it's ridiculous and NO you cant convert mags, you can only use both in the AS50. In real life, the Barret M107 is more reliable than the AS50 because it is able to handle dirt much better than the AS50.

Well yeah but in a game that focuses around realism it looks like the creators intentionally nerfed the Barret down.

Personally I would go as far to say that the Barret is actually a better weapon than the AS50. =/ but thats just me.

The big server crash took my AS50 and then i found an M107 (first one ever and the only sniper I ever wanted), and then found a second one but the second one was taken by bugs. I like to think that DAYZ and I have a love hate relationship, it gives me cool stuff but takes it away just as quickly D:

It may be the steam sale but after the last time i died, i decided i would bandit Elektro. Within 2 minutes I found a lee enfield and 2 people hunched over 3 bodies... Shot them, got a coyote backpack and supplies. Walked toward the firehouse, a person running, didnt even notice me, shot, ammo.... Went up the barn, came face to face with someone who couldnt hit a fly, shot him, more supplies. Now I am in Elektro... after 30 minutes of spawning, and I have an AS50, a Coyote Backpack, a Bizon PP19 SD, numerous food and drink, and some medical supplies. (Now the AS50 I got from my friend who somehow died and ended up in debug forrest but when he relogged he spawned in Kamyshovo with all his gear while his body was still there with its gear as well). But seriously, not one of these people could even aim! One of them saw me and laid behind a wall to ambush me... I walked up the OTHER side of the wall and shot him... very poor decisions. Keep em coming, more noobs with good gear = free gear.

Yeah, I am just telling everyone that the south cities are looking like they have all the brand new steam sale players in them and apparently they have good gear haha.

Yeah but that also symbolizes whats wrong with the game, saying friendly and then killing someone should be a punishable offense. I know people will say Meta-game but in all honesty, alls it does is make people hostile. Who cares if someone yells friendly, once someone gets killed by a person calling "friendly" why should they trust anyone else. Then you get to me who just shoots everyone on sight now. And i can say, I did not EXPECT to get all this gear so quickly, but it appears many people are running around towns with gear they found and no idea how to use it.

Dayz will never change, in fact, I was very helpful, never shot unless shot at... But too many betrayals and stabs in the back... theres no point in being nice. You lose you stuff to assholes, so why not take vengeance on the people who you know whould do the same thing to you?
