Right now much of the map isn't used simply because there is no military loot in the east, that's a waste in my opinion, so please make the east a viable spot to be. Also some smaller suggestions: - Belts, casual belt (2 horizontal slots), pistol belt,... - Faster day/night cycle on official servers, would prevent to a degree server hoppers - No Gamma settings, the option to make the night as bright as day makes all the flashlights and other light sources useless to collect - KOS-issue, killing people should give your character an adrenalin rush for some time, making him burn energy (food, water) faster, this would make people think if it is worth killing somebody or not - Make the environment much more dangerous, make cooperation a valiable option with benefits for strangers - update the ingame map with names of towns - cannibals, infected who didn't die due to the infection but went completly mad, they can use melee weapons and are more dangerous then zombies - sharks and boats

couldn't agree more with the op, everybody that complains against his complains is a fucking deathmatch junkie. -
RP is sadly impossible because of the mentaly handycapped majority of people playing a mod that was going to be a realistic aproach to a zombie apocalypse, like Quake3 arena.

@ OP, you clearly represent what's wrong with this game, instead of teaming up with the few remaining survivers to survive the zombie apocalypse, you shoot them because you think they are stupid or because you are bored...

no it's not, he does this in his free time for free, he could even decide to never release a patch and there is nothing anybody can do about that.

with adrenaline i didn't mean the drugg but the condition a human can get when under extreme situations (loosing energy fast, sweating,...) and coop isn't rewarding because of everybody shooting at sight, so there is no way one can get to coop with people unless they are your rl-friends.

I picked up this game just to try this mod and i have to say that it has great potential but is also realy frustating in it's current state, one can only hope that things will get better when the game reaches beta so here are my suggestions to improve the gameplay: * breaking bones it is too easy to break a bone, you just need to stand in a door when it is closed or fall 30cm, which is completly unrealistic, as long as you are not 60 years old you won't break a bone if falling down heights of less then 2 meters. * wires and tanktraps do they have any benefit instead of fucking up other players fun? right now some kiddys seem to enjoy blockading every entrance to a building and what's the worst is that those blockades don't stop zombies, only players * spawn protection so i logg onto a server and the next second i have a bullet in my head, there should be a spawn protection for players joining a server for 5 minutes, they shouldn't be attackable by players and vise versa * not dangerous but annoying zombies the most annoying thing about these zombies is that they are not realy dangerous but only annoying, easy way to fix that: increase their running speed by 20% for the first 30 seconds after they have spoted a player and decrease their running speed to an eventual of 80% of a players running speed after 2 minutes. This would lead to actual fun ! because no one would be forced to run for 20 minutes to get rid of a zombie but would also need to be much more carefull not to attract them * cooperative gameplay so we are in a zombie apocalypse and instead of helping each other to survive we play a deathmatch. That has 2 reasons: 1. cooperative play isn't rewarding but it is even punishing 2. cs- or cod-kiddys who just want to shoot someone Easy way to fix that: 1. encourage group gameplay by giving everyone standing next to a player 50-75% extra food and water consumed by a player, make it possible to revive players if you have a blood pack - the revived player would need another blood pack after he is revived to survive so it would be realy hard to revive someone but possible, therefore rewarding cooperative play. 2. if someone kills a player then he should get an adrenaline rush for killing a human beeing, meaning that he will have 50% increased energy loss for a hour, meaning that a player who killed another will have 50% faster food and water loss for a hour, so if someone wants to kill another player he can do so but will have to deal with the consequences and if someone wants to be a bandit he can still do so but will be forced to actualy hunt players to keep himself alive instead of camping a church or supermarket knowing that he won't die of dehydration or hunger * dehydration i don't know if it is possible with the engine but it would be great if someone who is standing in the rain couldn't die because of dehydration :P * starting equipment at least give us a melee weapon, or enable fist combat, it's completly unrealistic to not be able to kill a grandpa zombie without an ak47 ^^ * server hopping to gain equipment find a church or supermarket > loot it > logg onto another server and do the same > too easy right now. way to fix it: either let players start in a random location every time they logg in or let the spawning location be only saved on the server where the player loggs out * interface please give us numbers for our food and water reserves, you already did that for the temperature and blood, don't know why food and water aren't shown as numbers :/ * zombies attacking through walls, teleporting through walls annoying bug ^^
