    No, it's actually a bug. I'm experiencing the same problem. For me it occured after having a game crash. When my internet connection came back and I logged in again, I had the same problem. Works fine in third person, first person view is shaky though. Similar to the "Painkiller-indicator-shake", but not quite the same thing. Keep happening, no matter what Server I sign onto. Did not yet check if installing an earlier version solves the problem.
