I was up near stary on Server CA 10, we got hit by a hacker and i lost all my stuff, so i went back up north to try and salvage anything i could from stary and such, found a Heli crash, there was a AS50 LWS.. Now that gun isnt in the game as far as iv known, it looks like someone screwed a Camo scope to the top of it but the scope is greyed out, so i just threw it back on the ground and left it, also there was a Soldiers Clothing, also left that, what are these and are they new? did i miss out on a really rare new item they put in this patch? Some input from a Moderator would be nice, i dont want to get banned if they were put there by a hacker and i took them.

As much as this sucks, there is always light around the corner, you just have to go find it.

Like i have said countless times the day i spawned in the first time i went to Balota Airfield to find a gun, a guy was in the tower shooting people with a Makarov, i grabbed the M4A3 CCO he foolishly left in the hangers and took him out, all he had on him was the starting stuff, a Makarov with 2 clips and a GPS.

I agree with Volteker, the only reason you found out that guy was a hacker is because your the same Alt F4 noob as the rest of them, dont come on hear crying about hacks when you abuse exploites. Bitch

The more i play and add people and pretty much just expose myself to this running simulator 2009, i find out what people are on the inside, i find peoples true colours and im not liking it. This is wrong on so many levels, after i started playing a friend of mine whom i have known for years before this and we have played game after game together and had alot of fun together, he bought the game so he could play with me, i taught him how to play i taught him how to find things and whats good and whats bad and generally how this game works, and this was over a month ago, earlier today he let it slip that he had a vehicle and a camp on a server we frequented, and he never told me... I have had camps and vehicles but i always shared them with him, and then i find out he has one and never told me, and his reason was, he didnt want his items dissapearing, and after i confronted him about it he just ignores me and THEN i find out that hes found a clan, who has been known to hack, exploit and generally break the rules in every way to get ahead of everyone, i thought i knew this guy, we were friends for years, and i just find out hes the one thing in this game that i hate most, and hes all of the above, and he never even told me or asked if i wanted to join him or anything. This is basically the force, this is like the current star wars, more specifically this is the Knights of the old republic, there are about 200 thousand good guys, and 1 million bad guys, this is the embodiment of the dark side at work, all my friends are turning to the dark side while is stuck on good guy hill with my pants down while people snipe me. And i tell you, it doesnt feel good... Im guna go drown myself in ice cream and videos of people being douchebags on dayz, i feel like crying manly tears of hate and neglect.

Well right now im just having fun once again with no items after giving my high tier stuff to a new player via giving them a gun and letting them kill me, then i got stuff found a nice suprise but the only way of securing that surpise is if i have friends.

No we do not get to choose our story, its chosen for us, allow me to write how my average story would go in the perspective of the in game me, then translate to the real me's perspective. Day 1: I woke up on the beach somewhere all i remember was running along the shore looking for any signs of life, all around me but oddly only coming from buildings i saw them, horrible creatures that look like humans but they run like olympic athletes, all of them, even the fat ones, and for some odd reason they cant run through buildings, it might be the enclosed space, pehapse they are clusterphobic, or however that words spelled, anyway i eventually made it to a big russian city, couldnt tell what its called i dont know, it had a 3 in the name, ill just call it elektro, made it into the town found a can of god damn sardines, i hate sardines, oh and not to mention more tin cans than a homeless mans hovel. Day 2: Woke up in the same grocery store, but everythings changed, nothing is where it was, i found more food, cans of beans and pasta, but for some odd reason, no canned soup, or meat or anything, and what i wouldnt do for a FULL whisky bottle, i guess ill move on, i found a gun, a Makarov PM, its a nice little pistol, i shot a zombie with it, took 8 shots to the head to take it down, i could have thrown the damn thing at it and it probably would have took it down faster, and made less noise, i think ill head into the forest with the supplies i have found and see what i can find, i heard a good 15KM away is a military base, may find some real firepower up there. Day 3: i made it up to that military base, found a really nice gun, and some people, they were not friendly, i avoided them as best i could but one saw me, didnt even think to ask if i was friendly, just shot at me, i ran until i got back to elektro, there was a man in elektro, he didnt have a gun and he was fearful of me, he had a beard, a really dirty beard that was stained in blood, i offered him a can of beans, he approached warily but began to trust, when i saw my spoiles, he has a pair of Night Vison Goggles, i couldnt help myself, greed took over and i shot him with my makarov, i dont even feel bad, they are mine, my own, my... precious. Day 7: I finds me a nice hill to hides behind yeas GOLLUM GOLLUM, they wont thinks to finds me there oh no no no no no, i will be safes here with my precious GOLLUM, i hears the tricksy noises all around, i can only leaves to find a nice rocks to eat, or if ims lucky, a sheeeeeeep. No waters around, must go back and find drinkses, they wont findes me oh no no no, i travels by nights and hides yeas, ill keep my precious safe yeas, GOLLUM GOLLUM. Day 13: NOES, ITS GONE MY PRECIOUS IS GONE. I WILL FINDS THE TRICKSIES AND RIP THEM NOES. GONE GONE GONE GONE GONE I MUST FINDES IT. Day 17: I founds them, they haves it, they are taking it to the misty peak to hides it from me, they dont knows that i knows they have it, i will get it froms them and have the precious all to my selfes, i will waits until nightfalls and sneaks in and takes it. Day 18: I HAVES IT, I HAVES THE PRECIOUS IT IS MINE ONCE MORE, I BROKE THEIR TENTESES AND TOOK THE PRECIOUS AS MY OWN, WHATS IS THIS! HOW DID THEY FINDS ME NOES I AM DOOMED. Translation, The player spawns on the coast and runs to elektro, finds food gear and guns, heads to NW airfield finds players and has a fire fight, runs back to elektro to get gear again, finds stuff and goes north to hide it from everyone, his stuff gets raided by hackers, so the player goes and raids a camp and gets his stuff back, and then hackers teleport to him and kill him, Typical day in Dayz. This isnt our story, our story gets chosen for us by all the hackers/exploiters, once this is fixed then mabey it could be our story but not now.
