Is is possible to make a side that saves your scores? Kills/Death/SurvivalTime maybe even as banners for the forum?

having the most zombie kills without dieing? while the "not die" part is the hardest one. ok, you need some stuff to do that, and you can "rejoin" the server to get new ammo, but this will be fixed soon.

are you guys sure? i was thinking that it is more about the spawn rate of items. regulare servers = not that many items to find veteran = you find a ton of items and i'm very sure about that.

same problem with the 94700 patch. i'm starting to get frustrated again. its realy hard to find a problem if dayz and arma 2 get patched at the same time. i think my arma2 is broken, but i need this stupid betapatch for the dayz servers. i would recommend to stop using beta patches and will reinstall the game later (once again....). if it will not work, i may sell my arma x. the mod is great. but i cant be that i spend more time reinstalling my DVD's then playing the game. i dont blame you, i just think that the creators of arma have a vision that they cant handle. after 2 years you should be abel to fix bugs and not create more. never had a game before that was so user unfriendly like arma2 all installing+patching takes like 1hour? *cry*

Still the same problem. i just tryed to start the tutorial for the normal ARMA2OP and got a bug her.e. i can load the game, and i can see the airpor, but i wount spawn. after pressing escape i got this error: Invalid crew US_Soldier_Pilot_EP1 in A10_US_EP1

Game did work with 93965 and 1.7.1.5. I had the same problem when i used the last Arma2 Patch, thats why i used this older version. that was more about "noob friendly" gameplay. i think that it is more effektive to serverhop then walking arround on the map and get killed by a sniper (worst senario). what is not survival about making fire with the flints? i just think that beeing forced to find matches to make a fire (they will also run out?) is to luck based. you still need the axt for wook and the animal itself. i would also like to be abel to get up stairs with a broken leg. you should also be abel to hobble (but thats something else..) traps would also be nice by the way...

or let me say it like this: i understand that you guys found the mainways and a lot of you have learned where to camp. i just think its boring to get shoot by the airfield and castle's over and over, because there is only one "right" way to go. spawn -> get weapon from that deer thing -> maybe try to find some food -> airfiend/castle for best weapons -> serverhopping for kills -> start to mastrubate (i hope you get the ironie here) when i was a kid, i played games for fun and for the experience. todays "kids" only know this: you are not as good as me -> NOOB NOOOOBBB NOOBBBBB!!!!!! it was a close fight -> flame as LUCKER!!!!! outplayed -> HACKS!!!!! you suck!!! i know that there are ways to get good gear. but when i play like 5 hours just to get killed by a sniper, to start with nothing again, then i would like a more chilled start. looks like there was a time where people started with a gun. i wonder why they took it away... maybe because people where starting a deathmach at the spawns? @Suspenselol i think that the start is to much luck based. thats all

I've played DayZ for 2 Days now. My feedback would be this: 1) Starting is the most frustrating thing in this game. I have to find a weapon first. Most of the times i get a axt. With this i go to find a Gun. Even if I finde one, I still have to find some ammo for it. I cant store my 2hand gun and have a axt at the same time. Solution: please give me a knife that i can fight with or let me store my weapon on the back, while i use the axt. 2)Cant make fire. After some time of beeing forced to fight against zombis that i cant fight without losing life (because i still just have my axt), i cant get my life back. i would like to make a fire and find some food in the forrest. Solution: add stones that can make fire (flints?). Or give me a tool from the start (i think any scout has something like that) 3)Server hopping. Even i understud that serverhopping will give me items, if i join and leave other servers, because i can stay in my "good loot building" and dont have to run arround. Solution: players should be forced to start in the forrest next to the town when they DC on join (add some points arround the citys) this will also stop people from joining the server and instandly killing you from behind. 4)Crawling over the map is boring as... 5)Zombis run faster then Usain Bolt. Realy sporty for half death meat Solution: make them slower, so they cant catch up again? but i would not worry so much if i would be abel to make myself some food. ------------------- i would also like to flatten those tin's that i see over and over. my cuisin almost cut his finger of as a kid, because he was trying to open a tin of peanuts. anytime i open any form of a tin, i'm super scared of them, because they are very sharp. i would realy like to use them as a weapon like they did it in prisons. more bikes would also be great (havent found one so far)

installed Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86). Still not working. maybe you should just add some error codes to the next patch. i also cant understand why the Six Updater is telling me that i need hive. EVERY fucking server uses this mod. so if it's not needed.. why is someone adding it to the requirements and showing me a red "BAD" on the modcheck? what should i do now? reinstall 2 DVD's with 2 keys the 3rd time this day? maybe reinstall my whole windows7? i understand that this is just an alpha. but guys.. come on ingame its saying that i have the right version (94364). the only problem could be arma2 itself or the istallation of dayZ. last would be given to the way you let people install the game. if i quote your download area: Recommended: Use the SixUpdater installation method or download all files I installed the game 2 times and used it like you recomand. result: ITS NOT WORKING ID:120258AX

still saying "This server is running an incorect version... talk to the dayZ stuff" Installed: ArmaX Patched to 1.60 started Six Updater and DLed anything + DayZ Didnt work (because @hive is missing) Used your patch and started the game with your *.bat 94364+ new dayz version not working

Like the title. I brougt the game today and trying to get DayZ working since 10 hours (with a VERY frustrating break). I installed it 2 times by now. Now i found out that the reason must be the grey @Hive (L) in my Six Updater. I also wonder why i cant dontload older patches with the Updater, but this is something else. It would be great if someone could tell me how i install a mod that ANY server needs that is not online anymore. I'm realy frustrated.
