    Good. You felt something, something apparently real, DayZ has done its job.

    Nothing is encouraged in DayZ other than survival. The game will not be balanced and there will not be punishments for killing other players. It's not a game, it's an anti-game, it's an experiment, I suggest you do some reading and realize the intent and scope of this mod. Rocket has posted A LOT of information that may help you decide whether or not you'd like to continue playing DayZ.

    This is very interesting, because my experience with the Zed has been phenomenally different. Aside from having my legs broken by the Zed and their general glitchiness (seeing/hearing through walls, moving through objects, ect...) they're incredibly easy to handle. I'm smacked around by Zed constantly and usually the first hit I take of every life gets me bleeding but the ones after that usually don't do anything but damage. Not to mention that lots of the things you've said are confirmed to be bugs, unintentional or are changing in an upcoming patch.

    As the title suggests I'm looking for Comrades in this zombie apocalypse. Preferably (read: required) you have a mic and are willing to communicate using steam chat. My Steam ID is "Killlg" as is my in-game ID. I live on the East Coast of the Americas but don't really mind what timezone the server we play on is, although I prefer daytime over nighttime. I'm pretty well geared up and am simply looking for people to befriend and group up with for more serious scavenging, obtaining vehicles and of course added security. Post in this thread and send me a friend request on steam if you're interested.

    I've had DayZ for about a week now and am looking for people to play with. Whether they come in groups or as individuals, I'm interested in playing i larger groups, the largest I've ever been in being 3. I like to use voice communication and I'd prefer if we didn't use the in-game chat. I prefer to use Steam Chat. Post here and add me on Steam and we can start scavenging immediately. EDIT: That's probably a good idea. I live on the East Coast, so my local timezone is EST. My Steam ID is Killlg, I figured since I left it out people might just assume it was my forum username, my bad.

    Just very recently bought Arma2 in order to play DayZ and after figuring out the basics I feel I'm finally ready to burden and be burdened by one, two, hell any number of people that are willing to put up with me. My Steam ID is "Killlg" and I prefer to use steam-chat for communication. Drop me a line here or on steam and we can get in a chat and figure out where/how we'll meet up.
