Accuracy seems to be quite random overal to be honest. But Damaged should be somewhat inaccurate. I've got no facts on how or IF it is thou.

Have you missed a huge amount of posts where people just throw insults at people who dont or do KoS? It's saddening. On-Topic: I do like the thought off a stress-system, makes people THINK before murdering someone. -
So if you hear a shot from someone in the same city, it is combat logging, even if the shots are over 200 meters away from you and not aimed at you?

No, I don't. I have done in the past, mainly to avoid death by hackers (think a long time ago in the mod). Ah I see. You wouldn't logout if a squad of heavily geared hostiles spawned in VERY close to you?

Nah. We at Freeside and TMW haven't murdered anyone so far, unless they've attacked us first.

Currently been alive for a bit over 2 weeks. (Not counting resets) Killed about.... 10+ people who tried to murder me first. Helped about.... 20+ people with giving them food/meds and what not.

I see that a lot from KoS-EZ-players like yourself. Seriousyl, it is a circle argument. Stop trying to look like the "badass good guy". Because you only look really, dumb. Indeed. But a lot of forum-PvPers are complaining about non-KoS-people playing the way they want it. As said before, it is a circle argument. But once there's a way to either figure out who is a bandit without needing to see him shoot you in the face, or a much deadlier enviroment so KoS, may no longer be the easy way, this wont be an issue anymore. -

So, I got reset when I joined a MPGS earlier today. Then took a break, logged in on the same server and played around, found some decent stuff. Took another break, logged in again... and back to 0. Anyone have any clue what is causing resets?

.... High reward VS low risk is kinda obvious. You sit in a "safe" spot somewhere and wait for prey, kill them as soon as you see them, you get their stuff. I sure do hope that they add a way so that bandits can be identify before they shoot you in the face. That if anything is a flawed system when the people who dont murder everyone they see like a deathmatch game, gets all the disadvantages. And oh, as I said before, this is a short term solution. -

I'm not saying that we should add a specifik skin for them, but something that can let you get a clue that they're bandits, without it meaning that you're already dead. Like the old suggestion to have some kind of heartbeat depending on how many players someone have murdered or something like that. As it is now it is like this: Banditry = LOW RISK / HIGH REWARD Survivor = HIGH RISK / LOW REWARD - MEDIUM REWARD And no, I'm not counting freshspawns into this. -

Yes, it is guaranteed to be for testing purposes. But to make the experience enjoyable for everyone, they should be some way to identify bandits at this time. But I cant see that happen to be honest. (Waiting for "IT'S ALPHA" screamers) -

I do not know. But a way to identify bandits is needed at this current state of the game. No it is not. Calling people stupid aka "L2P" is stupid. And wont bring anything other than insults. -

There's more to it than just that. As already stated, radiostations and what not. + everyone in dayz isn't in a community.

Thanks for giving them the "L2P" card. The bandit skin wasn't the problem the problem was obviously that the whole karma system didn't work in fire-fights. The bandit skin was brilliant when it was needed. As it is now since no other system is here to help those who dont KoS. And oh, I've not been killed in..... I dunno how long, had a 300+ days character on the mod before I got bored, and haven't been KoSed yet in the SA. Doesn't change the fact that KoS IS a problem and the only ones who dont see it is those that thinks it MUST be there. Yes, I'm not saying that we need to remove it, but KoS is NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THE EASY WAY. Which it is. Yes you may loose some loot from whoever you murder, unless you dont KoS, which then takes whoever is reading this out of the calculation. -
In the future that will be your way to talk with people from above 40 meters range.
