    I got it through steam. Tried using the arma2.exe and arma2oa.exe as admin and then the beta patch as admin. Same error.

    Or it's because "Surviving" in this game is not beneficial. While murdering everyone they see is. It removes a huge part of the game, if you dont just wanna play a FPS.

    Especially when 99% starts shooting at you as soon as they see you. But yeah, glad you choose the high road.

    Seems to sometimes work ok on the SE9,7 and UK 20,21 servers.

    Happened to me. Changed backpack. It just said "poof". Accidentally changed to a lesser one as well when I wasn't sure.

    If you're NOT in a fight, or not being chased by zombies then "hopping" is fine if you're gonna meet friends.

    +1. That is my exact thoughts. This isn't about PvPing it's about survival against the apocalypse first, isn't it? Sure bandits should be a threat. But as it is now, it's basicly CoD meets Zombies. Give Bandits some disadvantage for being a bandit. As it is now, they have 100% benefits, while survivors have none.

    Then why dont you play an actual PvP oriented game? Like... CoD/AvP/all other FPS-shooters.

    Dont worry, some time soon there will hopefully be some subtle disadvantage of being a Bandit. I heard that they will soon be wearing a "mask" over their face if you go Bandit.
