This can't "fire" problem, I also get with hatchets and even some guns, e.g. Enfield. I've asked about this problem a few times but never found anyone else with the same problem, and never got any help with it :P

Hi I am playing with the latest update. I often find hatchets around, they work fine for cutting wood, but when I move it from my toolbelt to my primary weapon, I can "reload" the hatchet but nothing actually happens if I try and attack with it. Is there any kind of solution to this? I'm sure ive seen talk and videos of people killing with it. Thanks

Yeah it doesnt fire even when reloaded. It happens on ever server and has never worked for me. Could i be missing a file or something?

This is an old post, but I still have this problem. Please note: The hatchet DOES work when cutting wood. But DOES NOT when trying to attack zombies or people- even after reloading. And, Crowbars also don't work. And neither does the Enfield- despite having ammo and reloaded.

Is there any way to increase the FOV?

Logging and loading into servers is way faster than it was, waiting for ages often put me off playing it, but it's good now. General gameplay seems smoother too. Not seeing so many "Why is my FPS so low!!?!?!?!" threads now either :)

You paid for ArmA:2, not DayZ... can't believe people are still asking this question, you can hope the answer is "no", but common sense is better than hope.

I once mistook 2 trees to be 2 zombies once. In my defence it was from a distance :D

If you're not enjoying it, take a break from it. But you want to freshen things up try the other maps. Plenty to keep us all going until the standalone :)

I have fraps but didnt have it running at the time :( Had I planned it, you would have seen my face kicking skills. These skills saved my life. :P

I was running from about 10+ zombies earlier, at the top of a firestation with no ammo. In a desperate attempt to leg it past them coming up the stairs, I remembered reading this before and I killed about 3 zombies from this :D

I actually prefer it with the side chat. Annoying music or little kid high pitched singing can easily be muted :)

There will probably be even less players when FIFA 13 and the new CoD comes out. Saying that it will get rid of some codkiddies :P

Should just get the bugs sorted, get the mod stable. Then work on the standalone. Does look bad being below 100k but people should come back for the standalone if people spread the word and if its advertised enough.
