This can't "fire" problem, I also get with hatchets and even some guns, e.g. Enfield. I've asked about this problem a few times but never found anyone else with the same problem, and never got any help with it :P

Yeah it doesnt fire even when reloaded. It happens on ever server and has never worked for me. Could i be missing a file or something?

This is an old post, but I still have this problem. Please note: The hatchet DOES work when cutting wood. But DOES NOT when trying to attack zombies or people- even after reloading. And, Crowbars also don't work. And neither does the Enfield- despite having ammo and reloaded.

Is there any way to increase the FOV?

Logging and loading into servers is way faster than it was, waiting for ages often put me off playing it, but it's good now. General gameplay seems smoother too. Not seeing so many "Why is my FPS so low!!?!?!?!" threads now either :)

You paid for ArmA:2, not DayZ... can't believe people are still asking this question, you can hope the answer is "no", but common sense is better than hope.

I once mistook 2 trees to be 2 zombies once. In my defence it was from a distance :D

If you're not enjoying it, take a break from it. But you want to freshen things up try the other maps. Plenty to keep us all going until the standalone :)
