Use DayZ Commander to revert back. The only 2 things we havent already been using for months is the Toolbox for vehicle repairs and the Alt-F4 thing. Its not much of an update for us who already use ViLayer coding :)

Hi guys, Need a bit of advice really, I've been searching for some whitelisting tools but so far the only ones I can find have to be run server side. This isnt possible for me as I'm on a shared box and am not allowed to run programs like this on it, the only way for my to use whitelisting would be via a program run from my PC desktop (via RCON). I am using Gotcha from my PC, but I've heard some bad reports about its whitelisting taking 20 mintues to check the GUID's etc etc. Is there any WhiteList tools that anyone can recommend which would suit my requirements? Right, I've been speaking with J.B. from Vilayer, he's certain the problems with desyncs and crashes are due to hackers on the server forcing scripts and making the server do things it shouldn't be doing. He came on the server for a while and we caught some hackers! Whitelisting should get rid of 99.9% hackers and resolve the server crashes. Our server is physically one of the highest spec servers, and it's on a high grade Limestone Network, the crashes are not caused by the server. I've been speaking with some other server owners who have whitelisting and they say they havent banned anyone for hacking since the introduction of whitelisting. This is very good news, I'm looking around to find the best Whitelisting program so I'll update soon. :)

New server installed, updated, and is now running. IP and Port are the same, server name is also unchanged. Cheers! Panda

OK, a new server is being installed on a different server box (same data centre). I've asked for the IP + Port to remain the same so this wont affect our ranking, and it will be easy for players to find the server again. This change should: Fix major desyncs with the hive Fix random server crashes Fix excessive loading times! Service will be down for a few hours while the new server gets installed. Guys I'm having the desync's and crashes looked into now. This may result in being setup on a new box with new IP & port. Will update asap.

Server shows as playing with 36/60 people. Are you sure this crash you're refering to isnt the scheduled 4pm restart?

Side chat is enabled because I want it to be used, however it is only to be used for TEXT in ENGLISH. No voice over side chat what so ever. This is stated clearly in the server rules and the server's MOTD.

Please PM me your GUID. The ban should be only a 24hr ban, or 48hr ban.

Hi yurmom7896, I dont need to tell you how good the server is, this becomes evident by reading our promotion and discussion threads. You are welcome to come and play on our server, and create whatever videos you want, but I do NOT want this server to be posted/advertised on YouTube or any other forum. You can upload videos, but please blank out any references to UKZW and do not post the IP or port. I have no need to advertise this server outside of the DayZ forum. Thanks dude!
