unfortunately yes. theres no ability to move it server side yet, although ive been pleeding with vilayer to allow me to do this. fingers crossed it can move server side and then auto load whenever the server restarts.... but for the moment it has to be run locally from my desktop.

The new 1.7.4.4. vehicles and a new chopper have spawned! MI17_DZ !! :D

As far as Im aware the hive was fixed this morning, so any characters who data was affected/corrupted will have a new profile. Everything that happens on your character from now on will save correctly.

**Hive is back up and running, character data is saving again** Not all character data was wiped, a lot of players data will remain as it was before the hacking. Also theres no need for me to wipe the vehicles, a new vehicle manager tool is being released which fixes the new vhicles not spawning, and the cleanup scripts should work correctly again :)

Hardly incompetence of the Vilayer staff when they have a high level hacker group set on disrupting their business by hacking their hive servers, this same group also hit other companies at the same time, DayZ ST, HFB, etc. Good luck in your search.

Vilayer hive has been hacked. Get on vilayer teamspeak to speak with the guys and get updates :thumbsup:

Guys the loading as a fresh spawn is due to the Vilayer hive being hacked, no character data is saving at the moment. It is being worked on, pls be patient, thank you :)

I will be resetting all vehicles the morning of 01.12.2012, this should fix the issues with new vehicles not spawning, and it should start spawning the newly added Land Rover / Bi-plane, etc take your stuff from your vehicles tonight otherwise you will loooose it!

looks like hackers have got into the Vilayer hive, theyve changed some player skins to this:

This will be down to the corrupted hive character data as i mentioned above. This only affects players characters. Still being worked on atm.

i honestly dont know mate. if youre concerned about your kit i'd probably recommned not loading in until this is fixed...

OK according to Vilayer its likely to be corrupt character data in the hive, its being worked on now, will update when its fixed!

Not just us thats experiencing this, im on Vilayer support TS now with an agent, its being looked in to now. will update asap.

did you guys die and then it wont let you in after your death you get stuck on loading?? ive raised a ticket to get this sorted, but as much info as possible will be useful cheers

i just loaded in fine, so did you, ive restarted server to see if it helps ;) edit: server restarted, everyone loaded correctly :thumbsup:

no sign of any of the new stuff, i might have to wipe all vehicles and start a fresh (vehicle wise) for the new vehicle manager tool to start correctly.... we should have the biplane too

end your process and load the game again? servers working fine for others...

if all your running is a dayz server then yes, but ideally youd have more ram than that

give your beans to Stu, it was he who shut the server down quick :beans: :beans: :beans: apologies for not loading the WL after the restart at 12, its easy to forget sometimes, especially when ive only recently woken up lol.

Yes, they were all crashed remember, we have to wait for them to spawn. Death messages are disabled until theyre fixed.
