You're right Bryjne/Squirrel xxx :D My guys are just very upset with the thought of their server and home for last 4 months going. I have tried to move people over but it wont happen, not with having to move to a different server which runs on a different map and with no whitelist and lots of hackers. The BSM head admins have made me aware I will be kicked out of BSM if I keep my server, so I have some thinking to do as to what are the best options. I need to work something out so I can still be part of BSM, and so the guys from UK#10 can keep our safe place to DayZ. I may have a new owner for UK#10, so this maybe something that saves us and prevents UK#10 from dying. Need to see whether this would be acceptable with the BSM head admins first tho. Wouldnt want to be kicked out of BSM and not have UK#10 either, lol :(

Me having a DayZ server is seen as competition, lol. I've tried moving people over but it's not going to work when the other server is on a different map with no whitelist and lot's of hackers. Only so much I can do, but I won't let our server die just for the sake of it. I love playing DayZ, but only without hackers. It's been a long battle to get UK#10 this far with a great whitelisted hacker free player base. A positive to take from this, we've well passed the 30'000 views now, :lol:

Thanks for the kind offer mate :) It's clear people dont want to move servers, I'd rather work something out so UK#10 can stay open rather than let everything close. There's more than enough players willing to help pay for the running costs :) I'll post an update with a plan of action by Sunday evening latest. :thumbsup:

New Whitelist guys have been added :)

Wow guys, I'm really overwhelmed with the generosity and desire you guys have shown to keep this server going. It would be a big shame for the server to end especially with all you guys supporting it and who are willing to help fund it to keep it going. I can honestly say I don't know of any other server where the players would rather pay money from their own pocket than be forced to move to a different server. This says a lot about the in game atmosphere and how much of a wonderful place this is to play DayZ, finding a server like this is truly rare. :) I need to have a think over today and tomorrow about what to do. As I explained to some of you already, if I keep this server going I will be kicked out of the community I play with. I need to think about different options, but will come to a decision by the end of this weekend :) :wub:

Thats due to advertising and the snow ball effect. UK#10 was constantly full with 60 ppl on Chernarus and 10th most popular in the world, before I started a whitelist. A server with less players and no hackers is better than 60 players and lot's of hackers :)

We are still taking applications mate, we're still not 100% sure whats happening. I need to work something out if our players don't want to move to the BSM server, for understandable reasons, I.e. different map, no whitelist, etc. hehe the waypoint map markers? They have been disabled as they are overpowered tbh. With map waypoint markers it gets rid of the need for Compass, GPS, RangeFinder, and it makes it so easy to navigate. Without the waypoints it brings back these items and makes the game more challenging :) The amount of times I've got lost is uncountable :D
