I had a cow teleport to me whilst I was running through a forest in Chernarus. It started talking to me, walked closer to me, then exploded and killed me.

Are you sure? Im with vilayer on their private package servers, dont see the option anywhere... They have time zone changer, but no option to lock the time as far as I can see...

hi mate, it totally depends on whether your server host offers the custom coding to do that. If your host has a way for you to set 24/7 day/night then you can do it, but most companies dont have the option (yet). Happy new year, too :D

best anti hack in the world is a White List :) other than that I have no suggestions, youre already using the predominant anti cheat tools.

its down to the map coding. Vilayer have reworked the coding for all of the DayZ maps, including Chernarus, so things work correctly, like loot. If your friend is not playing on a Vilayer package (private) server I would guess that is why you have loot issues.

Yeah its different to the normal game. It's just supposed to be fun with no risks, time will tell if it becomes popular :)

not yet, i raised a new ticket for it, Matt from VL was on server earlier, he suspects he knows what it is, but not sure how far he's got..... Good that he came on on New years day tho, just shame its not fixed yet :(

Actually yes you're correct. We could switch back to chernarus to let people equip items from their tents. Players can then server hop between the two servers until theyve moved their kit over, the two servers use the same shared vilayer private hive :)

Unfortunately there is no way to transfer this map data between servers.

The idea behind Utes really is solely for players to get straight in to PvP action on a small map. No need to hunt for weapons (unless you want an upgrade). There's no need for a WhiteList on the Utes PvP, it would be more beneficial to open the server to the public to increase the number of players. If a hacker come on and kills everyone, its not the end of the world, you will spawn again with high value gear. This should make a refreshing change to DayZ, being able to just log on to a server and begin hunting other players for fun straight away. All whitelisted players from UK#121 should move over to UK#10 to continue playing Chernarus, all your GUID's will be added to the UK#10 WL. Thanks guys and I hope to see you on the servers. I can be found rubbing my panda ass on a tree, somewhere near Kamenka :D

Try joining the server so it kicks you, then ill have a log of your guid, at the moment i see no one named Mark123 attempting to join the server...

Ahhh ok i understand now, lol ! Vilayer had talked about creating a way for admins to control the weather (i guess this would include the moon). If it becomes an option at some point I'll let you know, but for the moment the moon comes out at random :P

nnooooo definitely not Taviana, lool ! We cant set a permanent day or night mate. I would of thought day light is the prefered light to play in? Havent heard of people wanting to always play in darkness... ^_^
