I already added the L115A1 on my server(s) and had it spawning at heli crash sites, but removed it as didn't want too many 1 shot 1 kill sniper rifles :P Did introduce the M40A3, SVD_NSPU, KSVK, and M4SPR, sniper rifles tho :P

Not really much I can do mate, its down to BE to release an update that fixes these issues that are brought on by the 1.7.5.1. update. I can remove line 42 but its not the only line thats causing issues, people are getting kicked for a variety of different lines :(

you have to go in to the dayz_anim.pbo and edit the config.cpp remember to edit your publicvariablevar.txt (in your BattleEye folder) afterwards removing the lines for any of the banned weapons you're introducing, otherwise BattleEye will kick any players that use those new weapons + ammo. for vehicles though, i think there are extra steps you have to do but i'm not sure wha they are. I've been trying to get the C130J to spawn for ages on my Utes server and I can't get it to spawn. I've removed it from the banned list, like above, and i've added it perfectly into the world_vehicle and instance_vehicle tables and it still doesn't spawn :(

Ye thats true. I think Rocket's aware of how big the problem is though, standalone looks promising , with the server's controlling the game rather than the clients PC :) Yeah there is a lot of cd key theft going on, forums are flooded with sellers, not sure how they're getting people cd-key's :o

HHmmmm i stand corrected, DC's ESP has been detected for the last 2 weeks and it looks like their staff's support for the cheat is dying :) Still though, they went from July 2012 with it being undetected. VA on the other hand is still going strong, including scripts :(

AA are rubbish tbh, same with AJ, quick fixes but get detected and banned each week. The one i was referring to was DC, ESP is undetected for over 7 months. VA is also undetected. :(

Guess that's why one of the more expensive cheat providers ESP hack has been undetected since mid 2012....

If a hacker is only using ESP (wallhack) and not using scripts, then the only way an admin can work this out is by testing the player. There is no record anywhere that shows the player seeing name Icons and distances through objects on their screen. The only way to detect this is for an admin to test the suspected player, by watching his live movements, for example if he is going direct from tent->tent. Another way would be for the admin to teleport near the player but behind an object, like a building for e.g. which he definitely cannot see behind. If the player changes direction and starts moving towards you then this is a giveaway, then you teleport in the opposite direction behind the player and again behind a building that he cant see behind. If he stops then changes direction to match where you are now then it's safe to say he's using a wallhack (ESP). Hopefuly standalone will prevent the dirty cheaters :beans:
