im currently renting 3 dayz sa servers and loving them. could do with RCON and designated query ports but that will come in time. i look forward to future private hive days. a lot of money can be saved by leasing a dedicated box or co-location!

Just set up a second UK (London) based DayZ standalone server, and a new USA (New York) based DayZ Standalone server. Our standalone server details can be found below; UK#10 UK#11 US#10

I've created 5 additional rooms for DayZ on our Teamspeak server. We did have 10 DayZ rooms but we're filling them all up ! :o Currently 61 ppl on teamspeak :D

What I'd like to know is why is my computer only using 1 graphics card, when the DayZ MOD used both cards..... (i have 2x 680's in SLI), and I notice one can be at 90% load, and the other is at idle.... :-S

The points raised were about admin tools on PRIVATE hive servers, i.e. non-official DayZ mod servers. Advanced admin tools that feature live player monitoring have never been a part of the official DayZ Mod so I don't know why anyone would expect these tools to be part of DayZ Standalone.

You make even less sense in every post you make.

geez I go away for 6 months, come back and the same guy (above) is still bleeting on about the same non-sensensicle rubbish. If you don't want to play on servers where the admins can use 3rd party admin tools that have features like live player locations, then don't play on private hive servers! Stay on the official public servers. Simple.

I suggest you listen to Rocket when he says it is because of the custom servers and private hives that the Mod is still going and is still alive.

Thank you for replying SmashT. I'm rather nervous now though. Hopefuly we'll be able to host a Standalone server without having to purchase/rent one from a commercial host. It would get rather expensive renting a 100+ slot Standalone server, in addition to our dedicated box :o

I'd love it if the server could use more than the standard 2 cores. be nice to get some info from the team on this...

Mods/DayZ Team, Do you know if there will be a DayZ server installation tool for Standalone available immediately when the Alpha is released? At the moment my community lease a dedicated server box and hope to host DayZ Standalone on it as soon as the Alpha is released, will this be possible? Thanks

servers off mate atm mate, we're waiting on standalone to be released and will be hosting it as soon as a dedicated server installer tool is released. :)

finally fixed the TS3 query permissions so gametracker can now see our teamspeak :)
