Good kills, great story.. I never get "Bandit kills" too, only "Murders" but it's best to kill them because they always kill you back, they're potential bandits :)

I play this game on my laptop at High settings. Compare my specs with yours: My specs are: i7 core @ 2.2 Ghz 8 gb RAM ATI Mobility Radeon HD4650 1 GB Runs good! 30/40 stable fps @ high settings

Try Dutch (NL) or my favourite: CZ -servers. Only loading time issues I got was in a DE (German) server.

Press "Esc", then press "Respawn", then press "Esc" again and press "Disconnect". Then join a game like you always do and bang, you're at the shore.

Broken legs fix is nice.. I haven't played yet, so who can tell me if Bear Traps are yet available..? I read this reply about robbing tents with AS51's and getting beartrapped. Seemed kinda troll-ish. Hope those traps are there though (And not too rare).
