It was up for a few hours earlier, but it looks like it went back down. =(
Regarding time zones, my friends and I choose this server because it's UTC -12.
I just noticed that this server is "DE 77", but there's another called "DE77" is there any affiliation or is there some naming issues?

Use "-port=xxxxx" in launch options not +clientport, I believe +clientport only works for Source Engine games. I've confirmed that it works when my friend brought his computer over to my place a week ago.

Thank you for the reply. I apologize for even making this post after hearing that you've had to deal with a DDoS. A detailed explanation is more than I expected to hear to be honest. Whenever it does come back up, my friends and I will be making this our regular server. The UTC-12 actually fits really well with our play times.

I'm not sure how long you have to do any testing on servers for to make sure they are stable, but at least Jens (Now there are clones) and Robert have been on these servers while locked for at least the past 10-12 hours or so. Maybe I'm wrong, and there's plenty of legit stuff to be doing? I don't know. I also don't know what exactly waiting for BE update means so someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

1.7.2 Update has the wrong files?

I've tried updating manually using the 1.7.1.5 files + only the changed files and I've tried using the 1.7.2 torrent files to update. In both cases, I join a 1.7.2 server and it says I'm using 1.7.1.5 files still. I can join 1.7.1.5 servers and still play fine. While the problem seems obvious (Update! DURRR), it doesn't seem to be working. I've confirmed that the files are actually different so I have no idea what's going on here.
