Sounds like she WANTS to see sexism, I mean, yeah that picture does have an abnormal ass (it's not big, it is just wrongly proportioned, like something is in her back pockets) but to think it's like that so guys can go "Hurr durr dat ass" is grasping at imaginary straws. I'm beginning to think that ARMA "Veterans" and COD "Noobs" are two sides of the same coin. Both groups seem to have very visible members who are up their own ass to a degree of medical emergency and are exceedingly quick to voice their obnoxious opinion about how anyone not like them is ruining everything. "Leeroy Enfield" isn't just a simple, though quite clever, play on words but it actually has some relevance to the infamous WoW clip. But, continue to whine, please, do it. Get angry over people looking for a spare "clip" for their AK, or not referring to each weapon by its full, technical name; When my water bottle is empty your tears will keep me hydrated for hours to come.

I don't think the moral of the story is "Don't log out inside buildings" it's "Don't log out near people". The situation could have happened anywhere with the same consequences, even in the middle of a forest.

I really like this idea and would love to be a part of it. Though taking a city would be near impossible, holding a smaller town would be perfect. There would need to be regular broadcasts informing people of where the town is and the procedure for approaching it (otherwise we will kill more unfortunately unaware survivors than bandits or Zeds) and equally stringent procedures for moving around town. Certain weapons would need to be banned, specifically ones that are used for silent kills (useful for taking down Zeds, maybe, but more useful for a bandit infiltrator) and, of course, there would need to be patrols of an outer perimeter to keep bandit snipers at a good, long distance. Could work though, It certainly could work.

Still getting used to the controls I accidentally fired my weapon when I thought I was selecting it. 30 zombies later I am slowly bleeding to death.

GMT What happened: Upon logging back in a few hours after i'd got myself some good loot I discovered that the previous few hours of loot was no longer on my person (as if I hadn't got any loot, only travelled, during the playtime) Where you were: Traveling through Mogilevka What you were doing: Scavenging (though the error occurred during down time) *Current installed version: 1.5.7 *Server(s) you were on: - *Your system specs: - *Timeline of events before/after error: I'd picked up a revolver in a building, moved north, found a corpse with an ALICE backpack and a CZ550, heard gunshots in the town (I was on the outskirts) so I scanned for the survivors for a few minutes, watched the chat to see if i'd been spotted and, after about 10 minutes of nothing I logged off. A few hours later I log back in to find no revolver, no ALICE backpack and no CZ550 - My equipment was what is was when I first logged in earlier in the day. I've no hope of getting my stuff back but I thought you'd like to hear about the bug.

I like the idea of a melee weapon, i mean this is meant to be a simulation right? Realism being the name of the game, right? How realistic is it that, given no ammo and an enemy quickly advancing on you, you'd just LET them kill you? Sure you might be holding a perfectly decent bludgeon but, nah, I'll just let him kill me. And I can't fathom how brain dead you've got to be to consider that adding limited effectiveness, practically zero range melee option into the game would turn it into some easy-mod hack'n'slash game? Are you serious?

I really hope they remove Global chat (it is unrealistic as all hell and causes more problems than anything else). I don't see how TS/Vent will suddenly become an alternative to global chat any more than it currently is. I mean, its not like people will suddenly become psychic about which program to use and which server IP the most people on their server are using; You're still in the dark about the actual important bits of info surrounding TS/Vent. So, just like you would now, you'd need to already be friends with the person or you'd have to sort out what server to get on IN GAME after meeting someone...which i'm hoping I wouldn't have to explain the myriad problems/obstacles with this. Or someone would set up server specific TS/Vent, but that would be just an extra ballache to getting playing the game all for...what? mostly useless information? a better environment for bandits to stalk? Getting rid of global makes it far less "Gamey" and far more immersive.
