I believe rocket more so is making them along the lines of infected humans, instead of the risen dead... So a ravaging human, think bath salts or other mentally deranging drugs, can make you pretty damn powerful. One hit knockouts at full health, is a bit much though I agree. Would be cool if maybe the dazed affect when you are hit, was altered to have kind of a reeling affect. Would be cool, allow hits to have some effect, but not a complete knockout when healthy (which is not intended, just a current bug). So hopefully its fixed some, would love to see the dazed affect tweaked and made more involved.

Possibly on low across the board, no aa etc. At 1024x768. Probably could run 25-30 frames. Would be tough though. Looking like time you for you upgrade.

You spawned as a deaf character, you're lucky you didn't get a blind one. I have no idea really... last few arma beta patches have been "wonky"

I do everything manually.. never bought into the six updater... More bulk then useful. Can download latest crap and shove it in same time it takes six updater to do it. Plus greater selectivity... Try doing it manually.

Didn't come here to argue just pointing out the fact that how people become so attached to their in-game character, they aren't able to accept the lose of it in an alpha... I've lost my character to debug, trees, updates.. so have 1000s of others. I just don't understand the... thought that your character is so important to be saved... in a test phase. Problem runs rampant for a alpha, the same kind of people that ask for this, are no different then people that hit alt+F4, my character is more important than others should not be lost or killed in anyway!!! Rule 1: It is an alpha, DO NOT GET ATTACHED TO YOUR GEAR/Character. Just cowboy up, and start a new!

I and several of my friends, kept getting kicked from this server. Do not know why, had not killed anyone etc. No player-player interaction. We were all just running to meet up. Time stamp of kicks should be within 2-5 minutes of this post. We were not the only ones, he kicked everyone but, xPistolx, AJs, explicit. One of them may have died, and they were kicking everyone to retain gear or something. Went from 13 players to those 3. Then several rejoined, us 3, and about 5 others. Booted again. So was not ping related (24), or anything else, no server reboot, just kicking all, but certain few. I hate admins like this. Server name is US #122. Would like to see an explanation for kicking everyone but your friends?, randomly.

It's sad that you guys cry over this stuff, when it's a work in progress. and think time should be taken to restore your character. Let alone the fact that you think your character, in a game, out of 500,000, in a test phase, is important enough to whine over. + Rest in before post. Doesn't matter you can't comprehend the simplest reason. If your 2 hours of time, testing the game, not playing, you did not BUY dayz, is that important. Dear whiny guy, some servers owners make mistakes, annoying yes. They pay for them, and unless you begin paying for one and have your own don't complain. Don't bite the hand that feeds you :P tl;dr They pay, they can make mistakes. You don't pay, no one cares.

Really this is happening? These guys spend hours/upon hours/ of WORK on a game, in alpha. You guys are PLAYING the game, and you have nerve to ask them to take the time to move your character.... ? BOOHOO, the zombies can see 200 meters in broad daylight. Boohoo, WHY ARE THEY NOT BLIND. The zombies can hear me running around and smell me in a certain range!? Waaaaaaa, they can hear my gun shots within 200m because sounds only travel 200m!

I skipped all the other posts, just read OP. Answer unforuntally is, it is a game. The one problem that you can't overcome in a simulation type game, is the fact that it is still a game... People will not act the same, can try as hard you want to force them to act as if it were real. As rocket progresses the mod, and hopefully makes it harder.. the player-player kill will drop to within "reason." You will see people say, don't punish player killings etc... etc... Should not have to have a certain suit or nametag or color, the game itself as in its difficulty to survive and increased risk to reward ratio, will have to be the punishment in itself. As of now, a player can snipe you from 400m+ outside of town. Do you think a sniper rifle shot only travels 400m etc? In a desolate no cars or machinary time, that sound goes a long ways with no interfernce. Everyone zombie withing 800 or more meters should sprint in that direction. I see people complain about zombies being able to hear to far or see to far, they want them to blind and deaf. Fuck em, MAKE IT HARD! As of now, taking shot(scale 1-10) 2 risk of taking a shot, reward 1-10. Why not just shoot?! Ramp that up, 12 risk of taking a shot, 1-10 reward... When you got 35+ zombies coming at you after that shot, you better hope that guy you killed had ammo+food+water+medical supplies.

Probably selling Russian, etc keys, and expect it be perfect. You get what you pay for, be a cheap bastard, get a cheap bastard deal. No you won't get any help, and 95% chance that site won't send you another key. Spend the extra 2-5$ next time, and get the real thing from steam, amazon, even ebay (new, unopened). support developers of a good game. Cheap bastard....
