You bought Arma II and Operation Arrowhead and received those games. Day Z is a free mod for those games. Day Z is now going to soon become it's own game, and you will have to pay for it since it will be fully developed into it's own game. Why do people have such a hard time grasping that Day Z IS NOT THE FUCKING GAME, it's a free mod. You didn't pay for Day Z, you paid for Arma II.

Are you kidding me? Adding to what Bukethead said, the lowest AK you can get around here, in Ohio (not far from you) is the WASR-10/63. They sell second hand for around 450 dollars. New they are around 500. Another AK that is far superior, but around the same price, is the Hungarian AMD-65, that sells for 450-500 dollars. To say you can buy an AK for 100 dollars is plain bullshit, you can't even get a used demilled parts kit (Missing barrel and receiver.) for less than 150. Ak's were also never made in the "Billions". In the hundreds of millions over the years? Yes. But there have not been a billion AK's made. EDIT: By the way, on the other end of the spectrum, a high quality, Russian made stamped AK series rifle (Sold in the US under the Arsenal brand), sells for anywhere from 800-1000 dollars. Most AK's from ex-soviet nations sit somewhere between 550-800 dollars.

May I note this guy had an AS-50 and M4 CCO SD in his Coyote backpack. You can see me and Remmos look in his pack, and then Remmos runs off with the AS-50. First off, you did not buy Day Z, you bought Arma II and it's expansion. Second of all, it's incredibly easy to get geared up with basic tools, canteens, an ALICE or Czech Backpack, medical supplies, and a primary and secondary weapon within a few minutes of spawning in or running to Elektro or Cherno. You suck at the game if you can't do this. Before they removed the starter Makarov the game was like one giant coastal bean war, just a bunch of noobs shooting each other in the face for more starter gear.
