When these character models are introduced' date=' I will be playing as a girl character, mainly because I feel there is a [i']psychological advantage to doing so. That split-second, "oh, it's a girl!" moment that someone has before they open fire might be the one thing that saves my life in-game. Like it or not, if there are differences in what you see, there are differences in reaction time. I do NOT think, as one poster had commented, that it would be a smart idea to have girl models dropped as skins throughout the game. There are no trans-gender modification stations in my zombie apocalypse, sorry.

I agree with this. I think that if you're close enough to be chewed on by a zed' date=' they need to make some type of 'judgement call' on who to target. I'm tired of shooting at someone, watching as a zed comes screaming up behind them, only to push him out of the way and munch on [i']my ass. Oh, and on a personal note Horr1d, why aren't you playing as Ricky Spanish??! -

I went ice skating once, and there was a very young kid skating around, who initiated an impromptu game of tag. This went on for an hour or so, and then, when it got dark, he said, "I gotta go"... ...and then hauled off and kicked me in the shin... ...wearing his skate. I was hurt, and pretty upset. Today, I still have the scar... ...and a great story to tell! So, I think we all need to take a more holistic view of those who kill us in-game. It's a game, it's supposed to be fun, and you should come away with more stories than scars. -

Zombies should spawn out of different locations, instead of just popping up out of nowhere. A nice-to-have would be to see them shamble out of some of those 'locked' houses we can't walk into. They could pop into existence on the porch (if they couldn't just come shambling out of a doorway) and then shamble, frog-hop or crawl to their areas of influence. Oh, and I HATE those damn new crawlers. From a distance without a scope, they totally look like vict-- I mean, survivors.

TL;DR: People are quoted as saying, "removing the morality system is going to turn everything into a deathmatch, and that's bad", and immediately following it up with, "so because I can't magically see if a person is trustworthy, I will instead SHOOT THEM IN THE FACE, first." If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate. -

Confirming that this has happened to me once again, and that waiting out the long (5 minute) hourglass until I read "You Have Died" allowed me to disconnect and fixed the issue.
