M14. The maneuverability and accuracy/range of any mid-range rifle with the stopping power of a 7.62x51mm round. It drops people hard, often with only one shot and then they're done for. -

To pick up a hatchet you can look at it, scroll and put "Take Hatchet" - from there it'll be in your toolbelt when you check your gear. To equip it, press G (to open your gear) and right click the axe, then you just click "remove from tool-belt" and it'll use your primary weapon slot. You may have to press R to "reload" it before use. As for the crowbar, you pick it up and it has to be your primary weapon. -

I was hyped about finding one and after actually getting one.. I wasn't really that impressed. The novelty wears off quickly and I'd happily swap it for an AS50 or an M107 given the chance. -
Do bandit/hero skins eat camo/ghillies?

They're not full skins. It's only headgear for bandits and the flannel shirt for survivors. They don't show on things like Ghillies. -

You're going to notice a huge improvement when switching from integrated to a discrete graphics card. Just shop around and, depending on your preference of ATI/nVidia, a card from around $150-$250 should be plenty for current gaming but an even more expensive card would obviously be better. As stated before, a 500w PSU may limit your choice so be sure to check the power consumption of these new cards and decide whether or not you should be investing in a new power supply too. -
Okay, so, recently I found that some vehicles can spawn with loot (only noticed for sure when two ATVs had the same gear at their spawn location) but upon encountering a UAZ at its spawn point, it contained "RGO Frag Grenades" in the gear amongst some other items that I know are fine. Are these grenades legitimate? They can't be hacked since they spawned on a broken car at its spawn point (new server), but I just never found them before.

I'm surprised you didn't include NW Airfield as one of the "PvP" zones. It's one of the most contested areas due to airfield and barracks loot! -

Howdy. We recently got our hands on a new server and we find it bizarre that we've found absolutely no Hueys spawning at any location. Someone mentioned to me that you need a certain Hive update(?) for them to spawn correctly, I'm not too sure.

Oh, I wasn't aware of that. I was mainly checking NW airfield, NE airfield, Rog, Cherno, etc.

I found the Ural with that stuff too. I found the UAZ at Altar.

The FAL, AS50 and L85 are all legitimate, you might've stolen someone's loot truck hahaha. And yeah Falcrist, I noticed loot spawning in an ATV and I was like.. huh. Then I checked another ATV and it had the same loot.

I don't think it was hacked in. It was fully broken and at a regular spawn point for the vehicle.

I believe you can view all the servers settings in an easier manner if you get your hands on the "DayZ Commander" server browser. It has icons next to each server, if they're greyed out then they're not on but if they show in white then they're activated on the server. You can generally get the idea by server settings of Recruit, Regular, Veteran etc. Veteran has most options turned off.

Teleported by player and then killed?

Yes, you were unfortunately victim to a hacker. It happens to the best of us. Your best bet is just to try to immediately quit the game as sometimes, like I have, you spawn back where you were before you teleported. -
If you were teleported into water to begin with then surely that server doesn't have an issue with making you drop items if you didn't lose them?

For the safest method of survival you should get yourself a hunting knife, box of matches, a water bottle and an axe and head out of the towns where bandits dwell. From there, you can kill animals in fields, gut them, collect wood and cook the meat to satisfy your hunger meter (much better than tinned food for replenishing blood too and the meat is plentiful) and you can stop by pumps, wells and ponds on your travels to fill your water bottle so you have a constant source of both water and food. The pumps are on most maps and you can spot ponds if you check the map carefully. Ponds are safer but pumps can be found in the quieter towns.

The incredibly annoying and tense moment where you try to pick up a gun to save yourself but, of course, your character decides to casually pick up the gun, casually lift it from his shoulder in a relaxed manner and get it ready all the while you can't move and you're being smacked about by zombies and being killed. Good one.

I've had a few Ghillie suits and so have my group since .4, no issues.

There are methods to quickly regain health on your own, such as eating cooked meat. A blood transfusion, however, replenishes all of your blood and if you could give it to yourself I am sure it would knock out the balance since everyone would just keep doing it, even in dire straits. The fact you need another player makes it slightly more inconvenient in extreme situations (as it should be) and pushes you to interact with other players which is a great idea. Be glad that you can even have blood transfusions at all!
