Got both and an M9SD, prefer the MP5SD for the amount of ammo you can carry for it. I've managed to kill an entire group of four people in one encounter with it, didn't take any damage since they never knew where I was shooting from until it was too late.

Tripped on a railroad track in Cherno, broke my leg and got ate by zombies.
