Furthermore Carnivore, the fact that I got banned 20 seconds after i got killed by Hus3er means that either he's an admin and thus your server allows admins to hack or has close ties to the admin that banned me and, also that shows that the aforementioned admin is aware of the situation and encourages it.

Hmm....to far from cerno for my taste so I say to the guy i was with "you know what, if you can and don't get killed, get my gear". I switch to another server where I knew there were quite a few tents around elektro and go hunting. one hour later, back in full gear, but starving. Low pop server at that time...so i decide to hit elektro for some food. Nothing at the store, nothing at the school. I am in the red house in front of the school when the server crashes. After checking IL5 for pop (i usually play there, last night were only 6 players) I log in and get stuck at the Black screen of Loading Death....time for a coffe run. since i am not even loaded. When I return, i see the lovely "you are dead" screen. No problem, exit to lobby, log back in just in time to see my char pass out (remember that I was killed). 20minutes later, the hourglass hasn't moved an inch. Joey, the one that killed me is very apologetic (Me: geez man, wait at least till i am loaded.Joey: I am sorry, I will leave all your gear there...bla,bla)Time for emergency actions: I log into an almost full server and sure enough someone kills me. back on IL, i spawn near elektro.As I am loading i can see in red lettering "Player Joey - wrong signature buildings...something /wrong signature plants...something/wrong signature trees...something" "Player Cory - wrong signature buildings...something /wrong signature plants...something/wrong signature trees...something" As usual, I ignore and start running towards the house,and once inside and start picking up my gear (As50 and Mk48) Cory:(via Voice chat)"I see you Derpson" Me: I run and prone under the window thinking that he's on sniper hill. 5 minutes pass I see Cory walking in the room literally through the wall. Server lag? Hmmm... Cory : here's your gear...take care" Walks back out...w/o even using the door. I try the same thing and i can't do the same. We exit the house and head towards the building across from the enter-able hotel area (next building after the church if you are coming from Cerno, on the street). He casually walks through the wall and i try the same..can't do it Joey (laughing) - You have to be pro like us to do it. Cory (laughing) - yeah, pro Jacob - See, a pro can do it (enters through the wall) I run around the building several times, nothing...they are still inside a building that normally you cannot enter Me:" so, you guys are cheating basically" Joey "nah ma, it's a glitch, I can show you how to do it" Me: "Let me test something" I pull out the Mk 48 and start spraying the walls in front. Nothing... None of them were even injured. Jacob gets pissed and shoots me through the wall. Dead. To keep It short, that night those 2 never left the building in question, killed me twice more by shooting me through the wall and any attempt to shoot them ended up in failiure since they were protected by the concrete walls. There was more going on as in being sniped through the building they were hiding in and the school but it would take me hours to write it all If TheLaughingman (Admin of IL5) or any of the admins want to verify my claim, all they have to do is check the logs. It should show the coordinates where those 2 spent most of the time (around 4 hours there) and if possible the side chat archive

Mate, you having an AS50 TWS and someone else having a regular AS50 is an unfair advantage on your part. Especially if it's night time or there is fog involved. Might as well use some player tracking cheat, it's the same. The TWS was removed from the game for a reason and it should stay that way. Those 2 examples you gave are part of the game, so i don't see what's unfair about those. I like to believe that no player here has an issue being killed with a weapon that's in the game. On the other hand, killing players with a weapon that was removed from the database is pretty much cheating.

For those who are not up to date with the situation, here is a little background. me and MG are at, not war, but disagreements I and a few friends used to play on mgftw's L4D2 servers. we were all high lvls according to their RPG system. All good until marvel and his bunch decided that noobs count more and started to make decisions that would favor them and disadvantage us, high lvls, so since all were afraid of the banhammer i decided I am not and noobs started to suffer, getting kicked out of games, the usual abuse. I got the bannhamer for things they forgot to include in their rules (votekicking is not against the rules according to MG's own bible) Anyway going back to Dayz. our little group decided to camp the spawn spots and execute all freshies. in a few days marvel saw a slight decline in the ppl playing his servers I mean, nothing against Fresh spawns, but when you spawn several times and get shot 1-5 mins after, you wanna leave the server. Add to that that we raided some of the camps located way above the kamenka and left side of the map area. Not to give out exact coordinates (where is the fin in that). Just line yourself with pavlovo and zelen, go west for about 2,5 miles and beyond the forest, are about 15-25 tents, all with high end gear. I don't see any errors here. I am not trolling or whatever you think I am. The issues I have with marvel started a long time ago on a completely different game. Now he took those issues into DayZ...He should have left them there on L4D2 where they belonged... Let's recap for you, Othra since you seem to be as close to understanding this issue as Pluto is form the sun I didn't hack in any way and didn't break any of the rules, and I mean the written rules of Dayz. I really couldn't care about what rules marvel as an admin has as long as they are not in compliance with official DayZ rules. L4D2 is a different matter Martin. Your favoritism towards newbs and forcing the lvl150+ to have their game ruined by a bunch of incompetents are the reasons why I acted how I did What is relevant is that, as far as DayZ rules, I have followed them to the letter. You you know very well that I have not broken any of the written rules of DayZ while you, as an admin broke them all when it comes to my ban. So...long story short, I got shot, passed out and i was watching my blood level drop...Around 5k it stoped...Yaaaayy!! Problem was that I was passed out for more than 25 minutes (Yeah...i looked at the time). Question: Is it just my case or did the Pass-Out time increase from 5 minutes to almost half an hour?

I was on IL 5 with some friends trying to kill a scriptkiddie last night (He was using a AS50 TWS i presume, that was the word on chat). he was on the Dakkon island, on top of the light house and I was runnning from Elektro power house through the woods towards it. I got shot while hiding behind a bush and died. it even showed me the "You are dead screen". No problem, I go back to the lobby, and rejoin and it shows my char in Cerno, with the hourglass,8k blood and dropping....this time no luck, i die again. I respawn in cerno and get shot again by someone...i drop to 4,5 k blood and pass out again. The guy is nice enough to bandage me and leave me there since he didn't have any epi-pens...So No Combat logging here, Point is that both times i was passed out it took longer than 5 minutes to get back up...

I didn't break any DayZ rules as far as I am concerned, so the ban he gave me is just to show off how "mighty" he is and proves the point that some people should not be admis/ My behavior to him is a reponse to previous actions. As soon as he can fabr..err, prodvide proof that i cheated in any way I will accept the ban. Innocent till proven guilty, remember? I like this one...i know where their bases are, what gear the tents have and so many oeple that wonder around or snipe gered all the way up w/o paying any attention.....it's like shooting fish in a barrel...

Please do show me where in the DayZ rules/wiki there is a definition of griefing and what admins can do in case of perceived griefing. I can play the game as I see fit. If I want to camp and kill spawns, I can do that w/o breaking the rules. As stated it's low but as long as it's not a banable offense i'll do it. you see it as griefing , I see it as eliminating players that could potentially kill me later ingame. Semantics.... Just as using a hacked weapon is not considered a banable offense unless the admin can prove beyond doubt that, neither is using information to someone's benefit, regardless of where it came from. So unless you can prove your alleged accusations that i hacked, it is still admin abuse. Do you have logs, screenshots of vids of me cheating? I didn't think either Griefer? if killing players iss griefing then any bandits of players that have murders/bandit kills on your server should be banned. This is a PvP, killing, regardless who is the victim is part of the game. Claiming that by killing players I am "Emptying" your servers is like claiming that pigs fly. careful though, if you set map markers everyone that accesses their map will be able to see it. Best is if you write it down on a piece of paper/notebook. I have coordinates for several camps spread across 5-7 servers written down in my notepad.
