banned for what? for playing the game as I see fit even if that affects his precious server? Unless I am cheating by any means, which I am not, I KoS, regardless if he has gear or not. It is a dick move?, yeah, but I have been KoS many times as a fresh spawn so I'm all out of damns to give regarding the newbies No one can tell me what server to play or how to play it as long as it's public and not against DayZ rules. If the admins have other rules that are against DayZ official rules like no shooting of newbs and such....i don't care....

Again, not in the rules to modify settings on your video card to enhance certain aspects that afect how light and shades and forms show up....same as exploting the underwater prone glitch seems not to be against rules either. and besides, your actions of banning people w/o actually having the proofs you claim you have that they cheated, or exploiting tent glitches c....just gives me and other people that have unfairly been banned to request that your server is blacklisted....i doubt you want that. that is all, carry on

On that note...still waiting to see the logs regarding my ban....but we all know that ain't happening either because there are no logs to begin with. TimeDeath even admits to exploting a glitch...so, If I were you I wouldn't bother. The admins of 1037 ban w/o proof whoever manages to kill them and then come up with "I haz Logs proving You'Z Haxxor, but I won't show them to anybody"

I don't need another CD key, mine works just fine on other servers. the fact that Marvel has problems with me on his servers is what makes me keep playing on them. So far he couldn't come up with a valid reason to ban me....i just have to wait for him to "produce" one...

yes, I am a dick, but i follow DayZ rules. As long as it's not included in the rules i couldn't care less about what marvel and his gang think. They can ban me on their private server, but on official DayZ servers they have to follow the same rules as me.... So, going back to the issue at hand...can you "produce" the evidence marvel on why i was banned? :)

See, that is the way a wuss would act. Someone that doesn't have the balls to stay on the same server and fight like a man. Although it's not cheating, by doing that, you are no better than the hackers. I have read all the posts on this thread and here are my 2 cents. I wonder if any of those complaining about snipers have actually tried to put themselves in their shoes. Do some sniping, and I don't mean the pick up a sniper, get on a hill shoot at someone and die 15 minutes later because you were to busy to notice the guy sneaking behind you. It's not as easy as it looks. Let me tell you why. A "lone wolf" type of sniper although sounds good it's not. Been there, done that...Not good A single sniper has to constantly do 3 things to stay alive: Spot for targets - which means constantly switching between RF and scope. If he's lucky and smart he has a L85A AWS (although that means switching weapons if the target is more than 300+ meters away, we all know L85 starts to suck further than 400 meters). Some of you might argue that the scope is good enough. I don't argue that. It works for players that have yet to acquire a ghillie suit of for those that run/prone. Throw in a ghlillie+crawling on the belly 500+ meters away and there's your Monkey Wrench. This is a case where a 2-3 men team works best: one sniper, one spotter - for targets in front of the sniper and one covering the rear/flanks Constantly check his surroundings - You never know who might sneak around you. Remember that the AS50/M107/SVD/DMR are loud as hell, somewhere around 400 meters if i read the list on wikia correctly.Also we have to deal with wussies and cowards, the likes of the dude i just quoted... MOVE/SWITCH POSITION every minute or so - A camping sniper is a dead sniper if he stays in the same spot to long. I learned that the hard way and put it to good use against other snipers. See quote for more details (regarding why it's good to always move). This situation has a downside, you have to do the target search all over again...more work, Not all long range shooters are true snipers - Using an AS50 or a M107 even a M24doesn't make you a sniper.You are just some dude that found a Long Range rifle. Why you ask? because of the zeroing of the rifle. The target is 600 meters away for example, then 3 clicks on "Page up", increase zeroing to 600, center mass aim aaaaand he's dead.A sniper is someone who uses a DMR or a SVD. Why, you ask? Because those rifles do not have zeroing. Which means that you actually have to waste more time calculating how high above the target you should aim to compensate for bullet drop. Yes, SVD has a built in RF, but it takes some time and skill to use it efficiently. Also, all other Long Range rifles besides AS50/M107 are not one shot-one kill. Trying to get a headshot from 600+ meters w/o zeroing is tough so I for one go for Center mass. So, for all of you who think what we do is easy, think again and give it a try before you bitch and moan. Yes, I snipe,I had an AS50 but it became to easy so now I use a DMR because it's more challenging. I don't give a rat's ass if the guy i shoot just spawned or it's a bandit with 20+ murders. All i care is that I took him out from 600+ meters away with 2 shots max using the mill-dots and aiming a good one foot above his head so i can hit his chest. That is what true sniping is about in DayZ, the shot, not the kill in particular. The end. So..i guess it's my time to deal with less than intelligent admins... I found out a few things on US 1037: The [DG] clan has the collective IQ of a box of rocks. Most of their clan (McLovin,JackosaurusRex something... TimeDeath Wussy of Wishy something, and a few others) like to hang around Elektro...same spots. I fact i sniped McLovin twice in 2 days in the same area....TimeDeath, the same...Guess they don't learn They have multiple tents and ATV's on the hills around elektro, filled with rare items (like 15 satchel charges, an SVD+6 ammo in one for example). I like to blow them up with their own satchel charges, they like to restart the server to get their items back (and they respawn with the exact items they had before i destroyed them)...so i blow them up again...talk about people desperate for their items!!!! they are sore losers :) Why am I saying all this? it's because of my playing style.On my first time on the server I spent several hours just scouting around Elektro, finding out the hiding spots for tents/blow them up that i visit every time i am there. Also I carry a L85A2 AWS and an AS50 TWS (yes i know, haxxed weapon!!! I had a regular AS50 till i got to the tents in question and why not...maybe haxxed but using it is not a banable offense yet...when it becomes, i will change it) that comes really in handy when scouting for Gumbos like [DG] Now their admin is butthurt for all the AS50 rounds his clan has been served via their rectum and banned me for alleged hacks http://imgur.com/5HPkR So, whoever is admin of US 1037. unless you can produce solid evidence that I have hacked as you claim and provide the DayZ community and the devs with some answers on why you restart your server everytime i blow up your tents outside Elektro (don't say scheduled restart...i am sure restarting it twice in less than 3 hours does not qualify as "scheduled"),I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT MY BAN IS REMOVED!!! you are right...the admins of 1037 are biased and i want to spare the mods the effort of banning every forum account dweeblord has made so far. I already posted my complain on admin abuse, and as you know it can take up to 48 hours for a dev to look over it and approve/deny it. Please close this thread P.S: xxjessxx using a hacked gun that was picked up from a tent belonging to DG clan, as despicable as it might seem it's not against dayz rules. I don't care if the admins of the server have an issue with that or not, but as long as it's ok with the mod developer, i will continue to use it.. P.S. II: as you know jack, the advantages of having 3 PCs where I live is that I have one fresh copy of arma 2 with DayZ installed on each. I will simply use a diff PC this time. In any case, jack has time now to come up with some properly coded logs showing I cheated :)

So far no evidence has been shown that I hacked. it's my word against theirs until some logs magically show up to prove I hacked :) As for you AADick, just like I am "hiding behind rocket" so is the server admin... Server it happened on: NL 13 - hosted by mgftw.com Time of incident: 17:00 MST (Mountain Standard Time -US) - 21:00 in game time according to DayzCommander Incident: So, I log on the server to wreak some havoc as I have promised Marvel and the other admins of mgftw.com. you know, destroy tents (i have another thread awaiting approval regarding MG admins restarting the server - NL 13 so they can get a rollback, waiting Dev approval). I get on skype with 2 of my friends that i used to play that game -L4D2 hosted on mg servers, and they tell me that they are 200m from ZOMG and Marv (I assume that's marvel, admin) Like any self respecting chaos creator I carry an AS50 as primary and a L85A2 AWS in my pack. As soon as i log on, I am about 2 miles north of Elektro.I check the players list and ZOMG appears as playing not in lobby. So, since i know the admins and I know how they act based on what they do on their L4D2 servers i switch to my L85, prone under a pine tree so i have some cover (i do have a ghillie) and do a thorough check of my surroundings via the infra red. Nothing, no players for miles. For 20 seconds i leave the PC to get some soda and when i am back i hear on skype one of my 3 friends from the other server saying something like "Hey, ZOMG just DC'ed". Of course he knows I am there, he knows my nick. I check players' list and he still appears ingame not lobby. Suddenly someone is not even 50 meters from me. bear in mind that 1 min earlier there was no one there and players count hadn't changed. So I DC myself...No screenshots...i was to busy trying to stay alive Still in the lobby i talk to my friend who tells me that Zomg is back with marv. All took less than a minute So, assuming the following 1. the icons that show u in game/lobby do register the change on time.. ]2. he dissapeared from my friend's view w/o registering in the lobby just to re-appear less than a minute later [The only conclusion is that Zomg is nothing more than a teleporting cheater. I expect them to try and paint a diff story backed up with "logs", But considering that IRL zomg or Jorisk as his name is is related to Martin (a.k.a marvel) and joerve, i think they are cousins, the logs might be modified. Funny for you to mention exploits when your clan is actually doing a very lucrative tent exploit. I personally destroyed a large amount of the tents around Elektro just to have some admin restart it and get them back. How many members of your clan, better ask how many AS50 TWS's are there in the multitude of bases your clan has? yes i do have an account on a trainer website. If you would have bothered to actually dig around you would have found out it deals in SP games...as in single player. Some games get boring after a while and a trainer just speeds up things. Let me get this out, I am not whining. Like your members using tents that are glitched and the other admins using the "I restart servers for maintenance" excuse to replenish the items in those tents Use of weapons that are not in game. Ask McLovin and 2 more of your clanmates. Mclovin died with a silenced PDW on him, and the other 2 were not far from tents that contained such items. To answer your questions, Shiz, I know marvel and his clique. I have played on MG l4D2 servers for a long time.Furthermore I was a donor there. And there it was like it is on his DayZ servers. The admins were ignoring/breaking every rule there was there, issuing bans just because someone got mad of his team lost,or issuing different bans for similar offenses (someone would get a day ban and others would get a week-long one for the same thing) favoring a certain class of players as in giving them ingame items, teleporting them away from danger, spawning loot on coop servers....so yeah, me and him have a history... And ShiZ, you are right, i don't trust them. I saw to many admins here abusing their powers on their own servers and forging evidence. with their it's easy to modify some logs. if they are saved as .txt files they can be edited w/o any trace showing (own experience) if they presented as .jpg or any kind of image format, there is always Photoshop or any kind of image editing software. There is always a way to commit forgery regardless of domain. Fake VanGogh paintings have been passed on and sold as originals,copycats of items, vehicles, although a forgery were deemed original. You name it, it can be falsified. The only gaming logs i deem fairly trustworthy are the ones that are out of the aforementioned admin's reach, stored in a database accessible only to game developers/mod developers, in this case Rocket and his team of DayZ. They are impartial to thisAny kind of evidence that came from the owner/admins of US1037 has the potential of being modified. and I am not talking about just the one they claim they have on me. it's every ban they issued/will issue in the future.

well trying to stay alive and not lose my gear was more important than doing a fraps. Let me reiterate, marvel and Jasperges. I don't hack. I have no need to. FYI marvel, i was not in elektro, like said in my first post i was about 2 miles up. so, the L85 does do a good job when you are on top of a hill have a good vantage point. there were no buildings or anything like that in sight. Do read my post before you talk and try to actually understand what i mean. As for the name tagging as mentioned before i don't need to hack for that, there are people i know that do it better than me.How do you think i know the coordinates for all well equipped tents on NL 13 and 20?As far as i know it's not a hack when someone else gives you the info you need. Every 2-3 days i get an email with the info i need so...I don't care how the coordinates were obtained, i get them in a legit way from my point of view. Anyway, going back to the subject, when one of those people is on the server keeping an eye on certain players like ZOMG and tells me that he disappeared from his sight only for me to see someone appearing out of nowhere close to me, that raises a red flag. he is not in lobby so therefor...Aliens Best way to prove my point would be the logs on NL 13 for Zomg on the day in question, but we all know Marvel will not produce them, because it would be kinda hard to explain how Zomg covered a distance of more than 2.5 miles in under 10 seconds, and if he does show them, there is no guarantee they haven't been tampered with. P.S: 3 of those ppl that supply me with info i originally know from MG's l4d2 servers...except me and a few others from our common friend's list on steam, no one knows they play DayZ. it's better that way. They to got fed up with marvel's behavior so now they are giving me a hand in whatever i a doing :)

Thank you for your response Jack, now be kind and explain what exploit you are talking about, cause there are 3-4 things i can think of Taking an AS50 TWS that was found in a tent not far from the body of one of your clan members that i killed while he was running to said tent area?(him dieing less than 300 yards from them coped with the fact he was running a straight line there...says a lot about who those tents belong to) check your logs, and it will show you that till today i used a regular AS50 and a L85 looting tents that i blow up afterwards just to have someone reset the server and voila, the tents and their contents are back up? Hey...free ammo for my sniper. Remember i specified in my first post that another one of your clan-mates died on his own while riding a bike in the same direction as the tents holding the SVD and an M4A3 SD, and satchel charges and M9SD? was it that i exploited his inability to ride a bike and killed him? Or McLovin's constant use of the same area to snipe, although being killed twice there? Does duping sound familiar? or using a L85A AWS to determine the position of your clan-mates and then put a bullet in their arses? i know they are not used of being owned on their own server and in the last 2 days their egos suffered more blows than in their entire DayZ career...it's understandable to be upset. I know, zombie exploit. you know, it's funny how zombies spawn where there are players.Especially in towns/cityes. All you have to do is look where the zombies are more numerous and it will tell you that there are at least 1-2 players there. Which remind me, Tell Pro not to DC just to despawn zombies...it's very suspicious when all of a sudden all zombies dissapear...it means someone DC'd and it also shows you the general area where. All you have to do is look. especially in Elektro general store, if you know what I mean... and last, the attempts of your clan-mates to alt+F4 as soon as they were shot, denying me the loot from their bodies.I can think of at least 2 of them right now. aren't those exploits? I guess since they are in your clan it's ok and won't be considered as bad as me owning 6 of them. Not going to say nothing about McLovin being killed just to shoot him less than 5 minutes later (camo+M4A1SD and alice pack) or the sudden dissapearance of tags when you hover your cross-hairs over the player.. guess that's Oki, they know the owner Do enlighten me, and will ask the devs about your so called proof. so far you have shown nothing that comes close to verifying your claim of me hacking...do you need more time to "adjust" the logs? to turn what you think it was hacking into "solid" evidences.
