The gear can be accessed from inside the car too, just not from the drivers seat.

Found my first NVG last night at a heli-crash. The night is dark and full of MY terror now. ;) Sucks it doesn't work with m107 though. Stuck with m4 til i find something better. :(

Once you choose a server, you stay in it 24/7. Log out= character stays on server!

Heh I don't agree with that, at all. The couple handful of times I've gone resulted in combat more often than not. It has a decent amount of supplies. Food, packs, camo, etc...plus it's cool.

So confusing heh. I distinctly remember hearing that the toolbox was removed from the game entirely at one point....did I imagine this, or was it just a rumor? -
There is 'maintenance' right now, so master server is down. I've never had a char get deleted though...that is odd. Seems impossible, since you can't delete chars, or even create new ones. If you make a new profile with a diff name, you will STILL be playing the same char.

You spawn just outside the vehicle, whether it's there or not. -
I entered southern barracks yesterday. Zed broke my legs when I entered, had no morphine and nearly died crawling over the bench lol, killed a hopper, took his morphine and m4 cco, killed a shitload of zombies that aggrod. Walked outta there with just over 400 blood. Still alive thx to a couple sheep and a pig. :) Today, got ambushed at a heli-crash by 3 guys, killed one of them with freshly looted m107. Almost had the other 2 when I circled behind them, but server died. Still alive. Not a bad couple dayz. Problem is, all rewards in this game are countered with great loss.

Fucking people have no clue what they're talking about. Also, I don't like the idea of people looking at me around corners either, but they STILL have to show themselves to shoot at me, so it's not all bad.

I've seen many games where alt + f4 is entirely disabled. Not sure why that can't be done here. Of course, there will always be a way to kill the process. Like alt + tab> task manager >end process. Some will just yank their ethernet cables. It would give us those precious few extra seconds tho... -
