OK, I am having an issue with Play with 6. I have been playing on the Namalsk version of Dayz. Most of the servers hosting the game are running the 1.7.4.4 version of the game. However when I boot up Play with 6, and click on the mods tab at the top, it shows Namalsk as being in version 1.7.3 while the normal version of DayZ is 1.7.4.4. As I proceed to double click on the Namaslk version of DayZ to play, I choose a server running the 1.7.4.4 version, update to the mods being run on the server and attempt to enter it. When I enter it, I get the flashing screen saying "You are running version 1.7.3, update to 1.7.4.4." I don't know why it is saying this. I can play on normal DayZ servers on Chernarus under version 1.7.4.4, but when I go to play on Namalsk, I am suddenly playing on version 1.7.3. I do not understand why this is happening. I'm in the process of downloading everything again and hoping that will change. Anyone know why this is happening?

I fixed my issue. I completely uninstalled Play With Six and DayZ Commander. I then re-installed Commander and now it magically works.

Somehow I don't see this working out well for the "cops". I guarantee they will shoot on sight any bandit they see... Whether it's self defense or not. Looks like I have a new group to hunt.

Logged into one of the US servers today. As I ate my lunch, I saw a group of 8 people at a barn north of Chernarus. They were somewhat organized so I pulled up the player list and saw 8 [bOT] members online. As, I opened fired on them with a DMR from 800 meters away, I instantly killed 1 and wounded 4 others. As soon as the second person succumbed to their wounds, they all mass disconnected in a large field south of the barn. If someone could kindly point me in the direction to which server they play on, it would be most appreciated. If there is one thing I cannot stand is ninja loggers, and I will have my revenge on this group of trolls... muhahahahaha. But for real, where dey is? Thanks

Has nothing to do with being a better shot. I saw blood coming from headshots but at 800m the DMR isnt that powerful. Its quite difficult to hit people at 800 meters, much less 5 people on the run.

I just spawned in for the first time since downloading the patch. I lost my ghille suit. After reading the above, I don't think I want to put it back on.

In Domination mode, a player can create a squad and control who joins it. Can something like this be implemented and include an option to spawn together at one location rather than being scattered about?

I don't care what kind of update comes out next for DayZ... As long as they pay two rather large, violent South American men to pay a visit to Darky's house, I will be happy. I will start a collection to get this going. The cheating is out of control, especially with this new Battle eye bypass. My friends and I visited the hack website they are using. There were 2500 people browsing the Arma 2 section at the time. Thats a little more than 1 hacker per server. I especially loved the one where we killed a hacker, he respawned, stripped us of our gear, and began dropping us from the tops of trees. I protected two individuals fleeing bandits at cherno. When I got them out of the city, they shot me in the back and took my stuff... I felt mighty stupid. I'll also add that since the incident, I haven't died in a month and half to a zombie or another player. I play almost every day.

You obviously werent in the boy scouts or haven't taken a survival class. Any standing water can contain deadly bacteria.

VERY Versitile. I don't know why you would kill zeds with anything less. It also has alot of ammo for maximum zed killing!

I'm just curious but, when do you guys decide to make the transition from surviving to killing for fun? Or is it a little bit of both. For me, It's gotten to the point that I have every piece of gear in game that I desire. I went from player killing to survive to player killing for fun. Now I'm back to survival again, but I've heightened my game play to include territorial defense and claiming a rather large area as mine. I also see hunting other players comparable to buck hunting... as in I only kill the 10 and 12 point bucks. Where do you guys stack up?

So, I found one laying on the ground. I was about to pick it up but negated to do so. I was afraid I would lose my gun. Does anyone know what slots this thing takes up? Is it the tools slot, main weapon, or bag slot?
