when i tried to communicate with you using your ticket system it would take 2-3 days for a reply when i tried to use your forum you deleted my posts anything negative posted about your services you try to control fortunately you cant do that here and everyone can see what your really like without all the dirty details being purged

yeah bec broke when i had a server with them when i tried to uninstall (which they told me to do) and reinstall i got a file path access error it took me 2-3 days to get a response and this happened several times. i had no access to stop the process or remove the file manually which of course is my fault when it came to the paypal claim this wasnt the only issue just one of them tc admin crashed again another 2-3 days waiting time where i couldnt even start my server.. my fault again they labelled me as an over demanding customer because i asked them to fix it lol worst bunch of crooks iv ever met

survival servers need to spend more time fixing thier servers to a working standard before wasting time milking more money from customers installing custom scripts either way
