If you have never seen it then you must play on low Sensitivity. The higher sensitivity you go the worst it gets. If it's logical yes, but the game shouldn't have no change your mouse sensitivity to look around. Just keep the same sensitivity and let us look around without the restriction like you do when holding a gun. I am playing where i have different sensetivity for Y and X axis, but it will never be 1:1 movement. Unless game devs will fix it. I understand that you can't turn 180 in a quick swipe in Arma, but why do they have to include stupid things like your mouse looking up or down and mouse acceleration when trying to turn. But I'm afraid that the same problems that were in Arma 2 will end up in SA. Arma 3 on the other hand, has much more toned-down random mouse behavior. So some improvements were made. But still Arma 3 needs a lot of work on mouse and controls to make it feel more fluid. If SA will have these controls than the game will never feel fluid. Just rusty and clunky.

What about Y and X axis going hail-shit storm when moving mouse left to right? What about different speed when switching to freelook? What about Y moving slower than X? This game has the worst mouse behavior

There was an epic post by some guy claiming he shot the pilot of a huey right in the head as it was flying over him, also saying that there would be a video. The video was never did find its way online. As much as I would love to believe... it sounds way too made up.

Being Able To Carry 2 Rifle Sized Guns Would Be Nice

I was thinking about carrying multiple weapons. I came up with a question; why does the military let their solders carry only one rifle? The only thing I can think of why you never see professional soldiers carrying more than one rifle Is probably training, cost, efficiency, and It would also be heavy and cumbersome. I'd imagine that if the game was real and I was in that world, how the fuck would I be able to carry 2 rifles, backpack, axe, gear and cloths? It would be too much. I think to carry 2 weapons it should be a pain in the ass. You should definitely need to sacrifice something important in order to carry 2 weapons. Like a backpack. Or speed. It should be a huge sacrifice, one that would make you question if it is worth doing so. I persinally think that the current system is not too bad. -

the problem with that is you will stick out too much if crawling. At least if you wear in on your arm or leg you will be less visible. Also where you wear it would matter too, for tactical reasons.

It would be cool if there was a museum somewhere in Chernarus where you can find medieval stuff like bows, xbows, swords, maces, western revolvers, one-shooters, Muskets and so on. Also... Some other stuff that I'm pretty sure we'd see if Chernarus was a real place. Melee: Swords Maces man made spears, sharp sticks, long sticks with sharp objects attached at the end chainsaw - Gotta have that lol Projectiles: Slings Slingshots Throwing spears Bows Xbows None lethal weapons: BB guns - for small game, low damage even to the head, causes bleeding Taser - hand held and the one that fires Explosives: Timer Bombs - using timer clock. You can hear it tick if you get close enough, ring means dead Explosive vast - extreme damage, range - easily spotted, slow moving Pipe Bomb TnT Miscellaneous: Flare Gun - Of course! Could be used for giving away position, calling for help. Use your imagination Shields - Like Riotshield, piece of wood with handle? I dunno about this idea though

That's your opinion, if you think its fine, great for you. I feel like my char was hit by a truck and cant turn his head like a normal person. I understand that they are trying to simulate actual muscle and physical movement of the human body but they are going the wrong way. I am only hopping this is going to get fixed/tuned and not stay like that. Rocket said they called in a few guy from Arma 3 who worked on controls to also work on SA controls, but if this is the best they could do then we are in trouble. -

I have never had a harder time moving my mouse around in any other game. I have played Dayz for over a year and I still can't get used to the mouse. The worst part is trying to pick things up in a house, its like I'm fighting with my mouse every. Godman. Time. First off, the X and Y axis are way off, they are working at different speeds, and then you have X axis going up or down when you turn around. That's just dumb. I don't understand why if i want to swipe left or right my char looks up or down. Then you have freelook and what happens in freelook is the up and down problem is gone, but the mouse speed is a lot faster, and now you also have positive mouse acceleration on top of extra speed added. So, every time you use freelook and then go back to turning around, you have to re-adjust to new mouse movement. This is so stupid. I don't understand how some people are okay with it.
