It's frustrating when you cannot find a vehicle anywhere on any server

Vehicles respawn if they're not used for 7 days. But yes, people storing them on the edges of the map is a problem. -

Read in a changelog that bleeding has a chance to stop by its self. Anyone know what the chance of this happening is? Seems like its about as rare as finding two NVGs in the one barracks.
