It quite simple to find public servers: on Gametracker.com, most official servers have "DayZ" as Server Map (and not "DayZ Chernarus" or other). This, plus the server name which follow the official syntax (DayZ - CountryCode Number ... ), will give a pretty complete list of them. -

no, that means nothing per se. You still have to figure out if a cheater teleported another character, or teleported himelf.

It depends if you are talking about public or private white-listed servers. For public ones, I thinks that hackers are much more common than abusive admins. On private servers, white-listing mitigates hackers but admins have more admin tools (database acces for example) and they can use it to cheat. -

you should post your Arma2OA parameters on server side (and client side) I have a quite different upload value (my servers use half of what you found), maybe you are talking on what you saw on your client side. With 3 vanilla dayz servers, let's say 120 players at the same time, I get 17 Mbps upload and 13 Mbps download on the server side. With following parameters: MaxBandwidth=200000000; MinBandwidth= 80000000; MaxMsgSend=1024; MinErrorToSend=0.005; MinErrorToSendNear=0.1; MaxSizeGuaranteed=1348; MaxSizeNonguaranteed=400; -
it's the anti teleport system built in gameclient since 1.7.6.1. That means that a character has been teleported by a player. Drawbacks: it's false positive when players change their skin, and hero can't play anymore at DayZ since they can't log in.

I can't find the later server at 37.130.229.180:3221, that you advertised proudly few days ago. What happened? And what do you mean "combat logging = 1 day ban"? No PvP?

st3reo explained better than me what I tried to write in the dev-heaven ticket. I think that the person(s) responsible for the mysql server ('the Hive") hosting should fix the DNS configuration. Since there is only 1 server, the DNS entry should have only 1 IP address (I bet there is no fail-over for the Hive). Maybe Ander or Razor could give an explanation and/or configure the DNS.

I am the only admin and I don"t ban when I die. Furthermore, I don't play so much. setpos is usually for teleporting, but since few days setpos BE logs are sometime false positive (often when you get in/out a vehicle). Maybe these false positives are related to the poor anti-TP the devteam put on the client side, too. Be aware that these bans are done automatically, but with a delay of several minutes due to some lags, some log bufferization, and difficult RCON connection with the gameserver. All theses lags are greater with the time being (the worst is just before the server restarts). I see on the image you post, that you masked your character name, but not your IP address. Really, I would prefer the opposite, this will help me to unban you :)

About fueling vehicles in general : all parts of the vehicle should be repaired or at least not severely damaged, in order to refuel properly the vehicle. I think it is a bug of the mod itself: the jerrican content you pour should not be lost. Vehicle location: the location must be clear with no object at all (bushes, trees, rocks, buildings, fences, etc). If not, the vehicle will be moved at the closest clear location in a 80 meter radius. If no location can be found, the vehicle is moved in a suitable location anywhere on the map. When the server is restarting, you must land/stop your vehicle AND get out of it: this will trigger HIVE save for the vehicle and your character. Mi17 vehicle: some players report that this vehicle is buggy, other players managed to repair it. Basically, for now, I reset all part of all air vehicles with a damage of 0%: so there are no "missing" parts and you can refuel them. Players will play with these vehicles, so damages will simply increase. I hope this will fix temporarily your issue. btw, the server is run with my own anticheat (both client side to protect fair players from cheaters attacks, and server side for basic TP/inventory checks), plus Dwarden BE files. I am glad to read that there is few cheaters and so the servers are playable :) -

your server is setup with dwarden BE filters? a player spawned a dog agent on your server. -

at each restart, vehicles are moved so that there is no collision with trees wall etc. don't place them near trees. I am currently coding that part so some change will be done for that since several players are complaining. for fuel etc, I know and I will try to fix that too. -
