use Steam to install and update dayzmod. please don't use dayzcommander, it's outdated and does not report properly servers announced on Steam.

Everything fine on FR129. I don't have time to maintain a changelog. I don't know if I will push this on dayzmod. Major changes are the weather, lootpile, spawn, barrels, zeds spawn, restart notification, who-killed-whom message.
