    nobody was near you when you got killed, except BackSeatsMan. 2 players were at Kamyshovo when BackSeatsMan got killed: adam and Sly. But I don't think they are cheaters.

    Any of these tricks will be included by default, because public hive maintenance scripts should detect and respawn OOB vehicles. I don't know ResetOOBVehicles keyword at all. It's unrelated.

    What you experienced occurs when the server needs a restart. Server are restarted 7 times per day to avoid that.

    Yes, altitude is checked too, but vehicles are not "repaired". boats are moved to a location where terrain altitude is -1.2 to -9 meters (aka a shallow sea) bikes may be moved near the shore, so that altitude is less than 60 meters (because I want to let bikes for freshly spawned players) and other vehicles are moved if altitude is less than 3 meters.

    If you think it's a tool problem, try to unpack then pack again server.pbo. I use cpbo.exe in some command lines (no mouse)

    yes it's my bad. I use my gameservers to test some code for next DayZ Mod version, but I forgot to adapt some BE filters. It should be fixed now.

    There is no link between hive connection and this out-of-map trick. What error do you have when you define VEH_MAINTENANCE_FIX_OUTOFMAP?
