Hackers As mentioned previously are just script kiddies, giving them the name hackers almost gives them a kind of street cred. These have spoilt the game to such an extent that I have stopped playing the game. Exploiters Again as mentioned previously, ruin the game for themselves. The games loses something in the process and thus forcing them to become griefers purely to get any enjoyment out of the game. Greifers are part and parcel of life however a smaller percentage, the fact that you are anonymous adds to the the appeal of being a griefer and hiding behind you screen increases the amount of actual griefers but I have no issues with them they add flavour to the mix.

when you get a backpack just log out and login again and you can change skins to your hearts content..

Bring up task manager when you run the game go to processes and hit see processed from all users and set the priority of arma to above normal and see I that helps at all. It did for me.

Can anyone confirm this worked for you if you are ending up in debug plains without debug info and stuck on setup complete prior to that.

Good idea but as some have already said the system would be hard to implement and execute maybe in a standalone they could do something with it.

I love the night servers it scares me much more, saying that I enjoyed it more when you could crouch walk past zombies as it was scary as hell to bump into one in the pitch black. That said I visit Cherno only in the dark and of not highly populated I will go to top of clock tower and throw flares all around to help navigate around. When being chased in fields by zombies the worse thing is getting stuck on strange shaped trees or corner fences... You always seem to end up with a bleeder..

I'm in the same boat as you it bloody sucks balls... Add insult to injury I managed to get back into map only for a script kiddie to teleport everyone into debug plains and make them all dance... I lost everything so have sweet FA...

I ran for 3 hours and I got to map to find some kit but no skin, I then hid because I had a few things to do and in my state of not needing food or drink I could wait while stuff spawned. I return to find music playing and my guy along with a 10 others most of which were dead thanks to a script kiddie who had transported us all out to the plains without kit so there I was again.. Nice one... This game is truly fucking me off.... 33,000 metres out and running... (only blessing being that the marker I put down when I had map still shows so i now know the direction to run!

Only way to fix this will be to do player resets for us and then look into hive issue.. I've posted a support ticket and the fact that you are only just aware of a problem suggests support tickets are pointless. not sure what options are open to us? apart from the hacker that seems to help fix things for people..

I too have the same issue, previous to this happening I used Dayz commander to update the Arma 2 version from 1.6 to 1.62, I have tried rolling back to older version but without success. does our guids require resetting?

Also like to add that Vilayer does not allow you to add to server config file to kick people with no trees and grass thus allowing most cheaters free reign over those servers... hence why vilayer servers have the biggest vehicle turnover. So it's not all good.

Ability to build forts and make these forts free from zombies, non ghostable areas so you had to be allowed to enter or take it by force. Thus encouraging group co-operation. Oil refinery and oil tanker lorries (see mad max) If you look at any lawless place groups always emerge and they fight for resources, towns cities and people live together for safety and protection.

To be honest you are how most people start off as, want to be friendly but become hardened by the shoot on sight policy. I used to wait to see if I was fired upon before I fired back, I was killed a lot and used to rage and promise revenge. I started to shoot on sight and only today someone shouted friendly.. I still was unsure and asked him not to point his gun at me while I had mine trained on him, I asked if he needed help. He was on his way to Cherno to meet friends and I then noticed the hero skin on him, I asked if he wanted a lift and he said if he could I took him to my bike and dropped him off in Cherno. So there are still friendly people out there you just need to find them. Also keep out of the Los of the hills surrounding both Cherno and elektro.
