    Was camping Zelenogorsk the other night with a friend as there had been a lot of vehicle activity the past few days. We kept hearing a chopper circling the area and eventually it flew right over the town, hovering over the two barns with the fuel tank just outside of town we watched it slowly descend.

    Seizing our chance we ran to the trees nearest the barns. My friend worked himself down the tree line to get eyes on the chopper with his CZ. Unfortunately due to the way those barns are positioned (V shape) they covered the chopper very well and he could not get a proper shot. Throwing caution to the wind I crawled over until I was in full view of the chopper. Pilot was sat in the front with the engine off whilst 2 of his squad shuttled fuel around and the 4th sat in the gunner side nearest me. I flicked my G36 (private server) to burst mode and rolled out from behind the barn, taking out the two on the ground first with 2 bursts I then shifted my attention to the side gunner and then finally the pilot.

    Before I knew it I had 4 murders and we had a fully repaired and maximum fuel chopper. More luck than skill that we caught them in such a bad position but they really should of been watching the fields and tree line nearby!

    I think if we did join up together it would be a nightmare with leadership clashes but certainly some kind of mutual respect for each other and shared intel could be fun. Also you make a good point Dallas that if we did join up we would pretty much run riot over the server.

    I'm the owner of EU32 by the way so if you get any issues or suspect someone of cheating let me know. Evertos im sure can pass on my skype details to you in case you ever need them and can also deal with admin issues.

    Time to find that blasted chopper!

    Did not get the kills personally but we had a hilarious encounter last night that can be labelled lucky.

    I was meeting up with some friends up near one of the north lakes, we had given each other our positions and I was crossing an open field to reach them. As I am crossing I spot two players who I assume to be my friends as one is in a ghillie and one isn’t (same as what friends had on).

    So I skip merrily over to them whilst casually letting them know the direction we actually need to go is back towards the treeline. It is at this point that I get told in no uncertain terms that the two players I am now 20m away from are in fact two random players.

    Almost in slow motion I turn to look at the players as they raise their silenced M4s and dispatch me. Now I don’t know why they did not open up on me as I was crossing the field, we had all seen each other from a good distance away. Maybe they were meeting someone as well and thought the same as I did.

    Now for the lucky part…

    I am quickly informed by one of our snipers he has both targets in view after a quick range check he drops them both with 2 rounds.

    Quickly hopped on my other character who was nearby and got my DMR back along with the above loot. By far the most confusing moment I have had in dayZ but man it turned out nicely.

    We are currently looking for a few players to help bolster our group’s ranks so we can field a larger squad and have more players available more often.

    We currently rent EU32 and have a Ventrillo server available for voice communication. We all work and our main weekday play time is between 6.00pm and 1.00am GMT. Weekends are anytime really.

    Requirements are simple:

    - Fluent use of the English language.

    - Working Microphone

    - Solid knowledge of the games mechanics

    - Over 18 would be nice but not an issue.

    So if you’re a lone bandit who is looking to be part of a larger squad and have some fun whilst doing so then drop me a line.
